You have another thread started at the same time as this one about getting breathless when vaping. Talking to your doctor is likely the best approach to address any breathing issues you have about vaping and the health of your lungs. It's hard to discern whether you're posting out of concern from some potential risk you believe might somehow be worse than smoking and any breathing problems you feel vaping might be causing you. Perhaps given your anxiety issues avoiding both cigarettes and vaping would be best for you.

Glad you are here. Do you know which Smok atomizer (topper)? Also, the 40-60, is that your juice PG and VG content? And, just so we get more understanding, what brand/model of mod are you using?

It just helps us to help you. I take advantage of sitting on the porch and vaping. It is relaxing. You are not alone in that.

EDIT: Yep, we gotta know more about the Smok atomizer. Did it come in a box?

It seems 30-50 watts is pretty standard on most of the premium sub-ohm coils out on the market these days. Again it's really personal opinion, I'd say creeping up on the 100 watt mark would be high in my estimation. It sounds like you are within the wattage range suggested for your coil so, as long as your mod is capable of putting out that wattage, you should be in good shape.
