WDIV Local 4 News Slanders Legal E-Cig Business as Deadly "Cloud 9" Drug Maker. | The Vaping Militia

I watched the video, and it's true. When I called WDIV, they said they were 'about to go on air' and couldn't talk, call back in 30 minutes.

I hope enough people read this and call back at 6:30PM Eastern to raise their awareness.

I forgot to mention that the e-juice company IS NOT making anything illegal... WDIV is just showing images of the wrong product...

This is NOT a clickable video...

Does the way they treat e-juice companies seem fair? What about their responses?

Contact WDIV and let them know!

As far as I know they have NOT made an apology, retraction or correction.

There is an audio file you can listen to of one of the calls to the station about it, to summarize "tough cookies, sue us"

I wonder if Altitude has looked into their legal options regarding the matter.

I have not and will not forget what WDIV has done (and will likely do again). I will ask them again for a correction.
