I'm very glad, that You're back BUT, the Help Desk is not working at all! No confirmation about ticket recieved and no answer either. I placed a ticket about one of my orders, where i wanted to change some liquids that i accidentally ordered wrong. Now, the order is shipped and there's nothing to do about it..

we are sorry that you did not get a timely reply to your ticket. could you tell us the ticket number, so we can check whether we processed it timely? also could you check spam and look for emails from @healthcabin.net?

normally you will get a auto reply when you submit a ticket successfully.
