We know that nobody wants to hear this, and believe me, that especially includes Ms T. Her son is in the ICU at the hospital, has had an operation, and the docs are trying to figure out exactly what is going on and how to proceed. Ms T has not left his side since she got there early 3/22, and she hasn't even slept. Due to the current backup in orders, we have decided to temporarily close the site and suspend order processing. Ms T is extremely upset about this and knows that many people will be mad that their orders are further delayed, but unfortunately her hands are tied. It is extremely important that she be there with him right now, and we hope that people can understand the critical nature of his situation.
Many have received updates to "Awaiting Shipping", which usually means they are just about to ship. In this case, they are not yet shipping. We know the website will most likely be down until Wednesday of next week (3/28), but with any luck, maybe creation will resume earlier. We have no way of knowing yet. I'll post more info here as I hear it, and it is highly doubtful that Ms T will be visiting the forums for the next few days. At this point, she doesn't even have a computer with her. She fully understands that people will be upset that their orders are not being processed, and I am fully aware of the emails that I am going to receive about it. Please be kind and remember the significance of a mother's bond with her child. It would be different if she was taking a random vacation (which she could actually use), but this is the farthest thing from a vacation for her.
