Thanks for your continued nice words everyone, you are all the GREATEST. I didn't hear from T at all today so I don't really have any news to share. I just wanted to express thanks on T's behalf for everything y'all have said. I know that even if she is not seeing it all right now, she certainly will. She will be so happy to know how patient, understanding, and caring you all have been. I also wanted to apologize again for the wait this is creating, of course to all who have replied here, and particularly to those who have not posted. I know it is very hard to be patient when something like this comes up, especially when you weren't expecting it. It really sucks that everyone who has orders in happened to place them right before this whole thing. I know I would be frustrated simply because of the extended and unexpected wait. If I could jump in and mix everyone's juices myself, I certainly would, but since I don't know the recipes, I would probably end up getting run out of town on a rail! Rightly so, I might add. I think I'm a little more comfortable mixing words than e-juice.

Anyway, thank you all again, and PLEASE remember that no one is being forgotten. All will be taken care of just as soon as it is humanly possible, I promise.

I received a text from Ms T this morning. It seems that there has been some improvement, and they have been able to start treating for the pneumonia that her son entered the hospital with. The root cause of the abdominal pain is still in question, but they feel the very worst part is over. Things are still unclear however, and we have extended down time to Friday, March 30th. I have gathered the email addresses of all those in "Awaiting Shipping" and "Awaiting Fulfillment" statuses, and an email explanation has been sent.

Even though the worst part seems to be behind them, the situation is still not stable. We are hoping for quicker progress at this point. T still does not have internet access, and actually had to text me from someone else's phone. I am hoping to hear from her again soon. We appreciate everyone's continued understanding and patience, although we recognize the frustration everyone may be experiencing as wait times continue to increase. We are very sorry about this setback, and hope that maybe we have turned (or soon will turn) a corner in all this.

I was one of the ones that received an email today regarding the delay in the orders/shipments. Ms T comes highly recommended from several reviewers and forum members. I was a little disappointed at first only because I have yet to try any of Ms T's creations. After reading and learning about what Ms T is going through, my heart cannot help but to go out to her. I am a single father with a wonderful 7 year old daughter and I couldn't begin to imagine what agony she must be going through right now. I am hoping that all goes well for her and her family.

I have no problem with my "awaiting shipment" order waiting as long as it needs to. Please give our best to her and her family.

Yea as soon as I got an email I had to reply immediately. I was crushed after reading this and figuring out what happend. Your son will be in my prayers every night! Not to sound bad or anything, but the message displayed that she will open back up Wednesday, and now it says today. I'm just wondering were you guys just taking a guess or did they already figure out the problem and that she will be opening sometime today? Once again he's in my prayers every night now. Love you Tammy!!! Thank you Brandon for keeping us updated!!
