I am pretty sure I found it from this forum and have tried to find it again but am having no luck. There is a website with a map of the US and if you click on a state you get a list of suppliers in that state. someone help me find that website, please.

Thanks, bro. That's the one I was looking for. I tried the Google route but got hundreds of listings for Walgreens. I will bookmark it this time.
Before I came across the link that DavidOck posted, I had the same issue. Seems that Googling leads you to any place that sells the Blu/disposables/etc.
