I just completed my 7th week of being a non smoker. Having a dream where I smoked was the closest I came to actually doing it. A couple of observations on mods and coil life which might help someone:
I was using a kanger topbox mini 75 watt mod and the single battery was just not keeping up with me. My daughter's bf had a Fuchai he was not using so I screwed my kanger tank on it and instantly discovered that the same 40 watt preset is a way better flavor experience on it.
Electrically speaking since the coil resistance is fixed as is the maximum voltage of a single 18650, I think the kanger was doing the best it could to provide 27 amps needed to deliver 40 watts to a .5 ohm coil but not getting there.
As for coils: I have been using a coil for about 2 days before soaking them for 24 hours in everclear, soaking in water for another 12 hours and then letting them dry out for 2 days before putting them back in the rotation. I have done this twice on each so far and unless I scorch them, I think I might be able to get at least a couple weeks of firing time out of each of them. Kind of a pain but I really do like the kanger coils but not the purchase price of replacements so it's worth it to me.
I'm using .6 nic, thinking about stepping down but haven't quite been able to pull the trigger on it just yet.

, however my last rinse was PGA. It made the drying a bit more efficient/reliable/consistent.
