Week Old Joye 510 Manual Battery Issue

I just got my 510 a week ago. It came with a mega battery and a small one both manual. the mega battery works great. The small battery just started acting weird this morning. It acts as though it is dead, so I try to charge and it acts as if it is charged. Do I just need to suck it up and call it a bad battery and buy another/ Has this ever happened to anyone else? Any guidance is appreciated.

Where did you buy it? Maybe you can get them to send you a replacement. Should definitely last more than a week.

I have two regulars size ones that I purchased back in January. Both are still working pretty good .

Actually I did contact the company I purchased it from and am sending back for a replacement.

I've had the same issue with 510 manual batteries. It seems that the switch can be a bit tricky at times. Press the switch firmly until it lights up, and then see if it charges. I've had to do this with 2 batteries so far, but they still work.

I had a 510 manual battery go dead after a month, but that may have been my fault, since all this was new to me. A second 510 manual has an LED light that stays on all the time, which annoys me, but it works. I just switched to DSE 901 and I like that much better.

Same problem with a mega. The wife went to plug it in to charge it and noticed the led is lit solid. When plugged into the charger the light turns green immediately indicating the battery is charged. 0 volts on my meter and the led is solid, but dim. This batt is 20 days old and is rotated with 2 stock batts. They are working fine.
