Still hanging in there with Mountain Dew, as it's the only thing that tastes like it should. I'm going to mix up some new flavors in a moment and let them steep over night. That should wake up the taste buds tomorrow.

Good news, Ray! Glad they'll get you some temporary relief before the surgery. Good luck!

I purchased a dual coil catormizer. it reads 1.5ohm on the vamo. i am unfamiliar with D/C, what power or volts should it be set to?
I would use the watts setting on the vamo for whatever you like with other cartos and start from there

JP, more thoughts and love and prayers to your wife, you and your family. I truly hope her health improves

Ugh! That sucks. Good to see you can maintain a small amount of humor about it.

Our thoughts are with you. Good luck!

You Both should know by now that I am sending - GOOD ViBES - to You and Your families, especially for a very quick speedy recovery . . .

Hope everything works out for you respectively and that all these health problems will finally be resolved soon . . . :D

THANK "YOU" ALL VERY MUCH!

I got back from my Dr's appointment a little while ago. Next week they're going to give me an epidural injection to hopefully make it less painful.

Bottom line though is I will be scheduled for surgery ASAP. There's a rupture at the disk and a fragment of disc material 13 X 11mm pressing on the nerve. Good new is no disc replacement, they're able to go in via a tiny incision and remove the fragment. It's normally a simple procedure, over quickly with a rapid recovery of a couple of days.

I hope you have a speedy recovery, prayers going out for ya!

Ray, that's pretty much the surgery my husband has had. The incision really is small; between his 3 surgeries one scar is an inch long, the other is almost 2 (from when he had to have 2 procedures in 2 months). Combined they look rather like an exclamation mark right above his crack :D If they get all the debris you should notice a difference as soon as the anesthesia wears off and may very well go home the same day. Just because it feels better doesn't mean you're 100% though, so listen and obey your doctor's instructions about rest and not lifting heavy objects. Keep us posted and heal quickly!!!

CHAT -

Hello all! I am up for my shift and having some coffee before I have to go in to work *yawn* I can't remember when one of my co-workers is supposed to be back in town, so I'm not sure how we should be split up tonight... I'll find out once I go in and SEE the co-worker or NOT LOL

Anyway, well wishes to Ray and the wife of jpf, I hope all goes well and the healing can start. Great copycat recipes, Adam - I have tried some of those and some are DEAD ON! Saw your newest copper mod, Schnarph - looking good! Good to see you moved and setting everything up, RPAD - I hope you enjoy your new place =]
