Hello!

New to vaping and first tried cartridges from v2 which are 100% pg. Went to a different site with more flavors and their mix is 80 pg and 20 vg. I don't mind the flavors and don't think there is any difference, but my SO doesn't like them and thinks there is a "chemical taste". Could this be due to the vg being added? Could it be the flavoring used? I was going to buy 100% pg liquid and mix my own if this was the problem, but I have no idea. If anyone knows of good sites to buy 100% pg flavored e liquids maybe pm me? Thanks.

It takes some people a long time to find a vendor they like for refilling. I and several others have tried many many vendors and still have not found that all day vape juice. However there is a thread in the e-juice section that lists the 5 favorite vendors people have. It's very helpful in figuring out who is the most popular, which in my opinion is also the most quality. It may be a journey to find whats right for you, but don't give up!

It would be nice if this were true, but it hardly seems to be the case as far as I can tell.
The most popular is basically whomever stirs up enough current and active fanboys and fangirls by whatever means.

The most popular juice vendor is nothing more than a passing fad.
And the list changes pretty much every month or two.

For example, the best tasting juices I've EVER had were from Tasty Vapor.
Almost all of their flavors are fantastic, but you never even hear of them anymore.

VG does not give a perfume taste, it's just thicker and gives more vapor. It's a little easier on the throat. It's not that PG by itself has throat hit because it doesn't. It must be that somehow VG lessons TH.

I have vaped PG and VG, they are both basically flavorless, PG gives just about zero vapor on it's own. VG gives tons of vapor on it's own. Neither of them have any TH or flavor on their own, with the exception of vaping them at such high voltage that you burn them.

Hi, ChillyWilly. You may find that the flavors improve with steeping. Let them sit for a little while (or a long while) and try them again. Sorry I don't know how to pm, but a vendor I like for mixing the juices to your specs is Highbrow Vapor. You can choose straight pg, all vg, or any percentage of the two. Flavor strength is up to you as well. Happy Vaping!

Yep, most people have only tried a few places and that's about it. I remember Tasty Vapor well. I also used to like Mad Vapes. Cheap and high quality if not always super consistent. Fried apple and Verry Berry were two of my favorites. Now I'm DIY all the way.
