Just got a joyetech Teros to take to concerts etc...

Put the cartridge in let it soak. Then inhaled green light flashes slowly and no vape. Took out other cartridge filled it and same thing happens.

Went online checked joyetech that it's authentic then tried to RMA and couldn't find it on joyetech site.

Got frustrated and dropped it around 1 foot high on to Wood Desk. Starts to work perfectly.
Go figure.

Then put in the other cartridge same flashing light problem. Dropped it from a foot high and it works. Go double figure!

Any theories why it started working

Um I won't hazard a guess, but like that has been my EXACT opposite experience when I drop Joytech products, 100% of the time.

If I had a mod that I needed to work by dropping it I would return it for a warranty. Despite my love and passion concerning dropping vape gear by accident, I don't want to have a mod I NEED to drop for it to work, I mean, it takes all the fun out of accidentally dropping gear, then checking if it works frankly.

Although, if this starts to become everyone's experience with Joytech products, I'm buying more Ego One Mega tanks. LOL.

Well the funny thing is that after the 2nd drop. I switched the Pod again and it worked without dropping.

So far it's working fine.

I think that I'll just keep it, at $25.00 it's hardly worth RMA, also this is just my stealth vape not my daily vape. The Atopack Penguin is my daily and I've dropped it a million times and it keeps ticking!

Au contraire, I kind of like doing a Fonsie (Happy Days Show).

Well, I'm glad you enjoyed it. LOL. You know, I have durable gear these days period. IT KILLS me that the husband was able to drop his own ego mega tank and break the pin, and out of all my broken ones, he was able to successfully get one "working" and the coil reads. LOL.

If it is the last thing I do today (it may well be) I'm selling something so I can buy batteries and whatnot. I feel severely deficient in battery. I'm also gonna need a whole new one plus a squonkable like, atomizer for my squonk win, heaven forbid I be unprepared. I really want that Galaxy thing.
