we had barbecued ribs potato casserole cream cheese corn bbq beans hot rolls and salad
they were very tender to could cut em with a fork they were pressurized before bbq'ed
I bought a ham but nobody felt like cooking anything today... I'll deal with it later in the week... LOL!!
if you pressurize them before makes them very tender and if they are on a bone they fall off the bone like butter
Well, I am up to 6 mls a day...I'll have to step up my game a bit.

So I got myself a windows tablet and put the CP Windows 8 on it... I'm having a dickens of a time getting my damn color laser printer to install... I MUST HAVE WIFI!!
