Way to go....

I have been trying to quit for a while. A while ago my dad mentioned an e-cig and I didn't want to try it. Figured it was trading one nicotine addiction for another.....

I picked one up at a truck stop, didn't use it for a week or so. Think I was out of analogs and gave it a try instead of running out for another pack. There was maybe a month of going back and forth between vaping and smoking. Last time I tried an analog I just about threw up from the taste and smell.

While vaping might not be as healthy as not having a nicotine addiction I know first hand it's a lot better than being addicted to cigarettes.
