Besides being stinky free for 1 month today, I've also just clicked the "Place Order" button on a new Provari. :hubba:

Coming into vaping as more of a hobby, I forgot to notice I'd actually quit smoking.

Never thought I'd find the hobby so much fun. Making my own juices and enjoying them really got me hooked in even more.

May as well enjoy them with good gear to get the most out of them! Once I get the VV I'll have to sample some of the gourmet juices like BWB & Ms T's. Partake in some delicious juices while getting some inspiration for my own creations too. :D

Me Too!! I ordered a Provari V2 on Friday.....will be 6 weeks without "real cigs" tomorrow. Really like BWB Malty Toffee. Waiting for an order from Mrs T. Highly recommend you check out Kick Bass Vapor. I'm totally in love with Butterscotch Cookie, Gooey Butter Cake, and Warm Sugar Cookie. Just sampled their RY4 tonight...it is really good.

Congrats on you first month TravTech!

I got a ProVari on Friday and been playing with it all weekend. The Variable Voltage part of it is fun, but I think the best part of it is knowing that it is a solid piece of equipment and you will have it for a long time.

Have fun with your new toy and Best of Luck to you.

Wise words, congratz on the month without analogs.:toast:

Thanks everyone. I'm really looking forward to getting the most out of vaping and seeing what I might be missing from all these great juices.

I've learned a lot since coming here and with the money from what used to be a 1.5 PAD habit, I'm pretty well funded to see it through.

Can't believe hw easy it was to forget about stinkies after 30 years. I guess I just wanted this more.

Not a bad deal at all, traded a deadly expensive habit for an enjoyable and rewarding hobby.

Awesome job, both on the quitting (did you ever imagine it could be so painless), and on realizing so quickly that variable voltage is the ONLY way to go (well, except for variable wattage, but that's another story, called the "Darwin") to get the maximum enjoyment out of vaping.

There is just no question about it, unless you happen to just vape one single juice 100% of the time on say a 5-volt constant-voltage device with exactly the right resistance atomizer for that juice. But the odds of that happening are about the same as being mauled by a polar bear and a regular bear both on the same day.

Do you know how to best rock that thing? try these threads to see what other people do with their VV, and wattages.

Again, congratulations!

I have a little analogy that I tell to people who tell me that they "don't have the willpower" to quit cigarettes and start vaping; I tell them "imagine that you have a really ugly girlfriend who smells bad, steals money from you, is poisoning your food, and doesn't care if you live or die. Then imagine that a Victoria's Secret model comes along and asks you to run away with you so she can please you for the rest of your life. Would it really take a lot of will power to acccept that offer"?

I would've probably gone for a Dawrin if it weren't for that goofy side connector. Whoever's idea that was should be shot.

Volts, watts, current, and ohms. They're all functions of one another. As long as I have one of the variables well under my control (Voltage in Provari's case) I can take care of the rest through experience and personal tastes.

I love a good cup of coffee in the morning. But I don't need to rely on mass spectrometry and gas chromatography to get one. :D

Thanks anyway Vego.

I've got a degree in electronics engineering.

What are you, one of those snobs Rick Santorum was talking about? :)

Wait WAT!?!?!
It said at Provape that the Black Satin ships in 7-10 days. :(
I ordered it yesterday and today got email notification that it has already shipped? :w00t:

Omg omg omg heaven is on it's way to my door. Has anyone seen that darn mailman???

Same thing just happened to my buddy Dan, who has just kicked a 42-year PAD habit, during which he never went one single day without smoking. (!) (No butts in 3 weeks, doesn't want one).

I just bought a VMAX, he went with the ProVari V2, in silver. His ProVari shipped the next day, and is on its way. I'm sure you'll both be very happy, congrats again!

Thanks man.

My ETA is on the Black Satin V2 Wednesday as well (per USPS).

Hope my BWB can get here in time. Just ordered it last night and turns out it's only coming to PA from NY.

I'm all out of Boba's and I don't really consider my own creations worthy (yet) of christening a virgin Provari.

LOL At your sig. I used to have a DJ business and people used to complain about my fog machine. It used the same / similar chemicals as vaping, without the flavor or scent of course. But some people in a crowded smokey bar would say that it bothered their eyes and throat.
