I purchased a really expensive Maytag washing machine from Home Depot last year... You know the Lonely Maytag Man commercials? These things NEVER fail... Right?

Well, mine blew the main bearing in six months.

Yep, made me really angry... I called Home Depot and they said call Maytag... I called Maytag and they said call a local repair shop, warranty repair will be determined AFTER the service guy looks at it.

Not satisfying at all.

My Infinity had an issue shortly after getting it last year... I printed an RMA and shipped or back... Within the same week I had a working PV that has not had a problem since.

All things considered, notcigs service is better than Maytag... Universally considered to be the best in the business...

While I was upset that I had an issue to deal with, I have to say that ANY product can fail... How it gets handled is the only thing that matters.

If you expect to own products that never fail, try analogs...they always light when you put a flame to them and puff... Anything else may, on occasion need service.

Maytag quality and service WAS the best in the business...until they were bought-out by one of their competitors. Trust me...the Maytag you buy today isn't even a shadow of what they used to be.

Tragic, really--if you love technology.

Sometimes things happen unnoticed that negatively impacts the quality of product A|B|C.

LOL the same thing happened to my Buzzpro,I pulled it from my pocket and went to vape and no button was there.I was at work and its funny I used the same solution as you Baldr a paperclip until I got home.I got my return # and was ready to send it in then realized I had no back up device so I rigged it to work until I got one. That was months ago and I still haven't sent it in so I gotta get that done.I sort of forgot all about it since I got my SS GGTS and UFS because the BP is now my back up device.

Hmmmm I am actually really impressed that Buzzkill not only is taking care of this that fast but that he is staying very professional in what could easily be an ugly thread. I don't have a BP too limited a budget but will keep this in mind if I ever get the ability to buy one. Really I just wanted to give the kudos to Buzzkill that he deserves.

Baldr dont buy that crap . You should have gotten your unit back by now ! I think ?? PM me and we will look it up for you.

It's not your fault that I don't have it back yet. I haven't sent it in. I was worried about sending it right before Christmas because it seems to me that the post office, being as busy as they are right then, would be more likely than normal to lose it. I still have it here at the house, vaping my eGo's in the meantime, and I expect to mail the Buzz Pro out in the next day or two.
