And thanks to my PV I have only had one analog in the last two weeks. I realized what I was missing from analogs -- menthol -- so I have an atomizer and cart ready with a mixture of MFS's menthol and Dunhill for when I have a craving for an analog.
While I stayed quit from analogs longer than I have so far when I did Chantix, every day was a bleeding nightmare.... and this has been so easy! I actually enjoy my nicotine, instead of choking and coughing through it. My coworkers say I'm easy to get along with, instead of being ready to kill me or being afraid of death themselves. And my nonsmoking colleagues have been very supportive of me -- especially the guy who sits next to me, because he no longer has to smell the tobacco stench from me!
I've also been "stealth vaping" a bit at work -- not at the desk, but in a "quiet room" instead of going outside when it's been so cold. My boss came in early one morning and asked to speak with me in the same quiet room I'd vaped in less than an hour ago. She didn't smell a thing! And I didn't enlighten her to the use I'd been having for it.... (The conference was to let me know I wasn't one of the team leads chosen this go-around but was very likely to be chosen on the next).
I'm 30 today... and after eight years of smoking nasty analogs, I'm looking forward to the days and months and years and decades of being able to BREATHE!
