I tried to fool myself for many years but when you lose so many friends and loved ones to Cancer or COPD or Emphysema you look at what your doing and they never asked me to do it for them they asked me to do it for myself.

I woke up one day and said today is the day I am no longer a smoker and I stuck to it. Hurt like hell and was really nasty but having Cig-A-Likes got me past it and now I truly vape with a mod.

It isn't the amount you smoke when you slip up, it is the amount you didn't smoke over X period of time that counts.

Stop beating yourself up & drama queening.

Absolutely. Unless the OP believes in participation trophies. (Presentation trophies: A trophy to show that everyone's a winner despite not being a winner! So in the end, everyone losses a little more)

Smoked for 42 years. Seen way to many benefits health wise to ever go back smoking again. It is not even an option for me or my wife. I do not even stand in smoking sections to vape and I NEVER WILL. I want to die from second hand smoke as bad as the people trying to force new vape laws and trying to consider us smokers.

I was a serial quitter for many years before I discovered vaping.after smoking for 45 years I've been off tobacco for 15 month. but this is a very hard habit to kick and we are going to slip once in a while dust that's no reason for giving up. if you keep picking yourself up and trying again you will make it in time.

How did you like them? I'm contemplating having one on my one-year quit-aversary coming up this month, just because, and since being around other smokers after quitting, I don't imagine I'll enjoy it very much.

Ya they suck.. i hit one on thanksgiving and wondered after how tf I smoked in the 1st place.
