In videos and on the forums I kept reading about "that burnt taste" but in 2.5 weeks I had never experienced it. Well now I know.

After having a real mess trying to work with the hard plastic end caps for my ego-C tanks I picked up some soft silica tanks. prepunched the hole like was suggested. Filled up a tank put it on the rig and let it sit for 30 minutes like I always do to let the juice get down to the atomizer.

Took a nice big drag and...
Got a full on lung full of BURNED atomizer + burned silicon endcap.

THis is beyond nasty and now absolutely everything I vape even with a fresh atty and fresh tank and fresh juice just tastes like BURNED to me.

Sigh not sure how to fix my tastebuds this time.

I am one miserable gal.

Welcome , but some of that bad taste , is probably coming from the atomizer , itself . You can try to rinse it in some vodka , or similar , for a few hours , then flush it with some hot water , blow out the excess water , and let it dry for a day or so . Or , you could pick up a few 510 carto's , or atty's , and vape with those . Alot of people find the tanks are more trouble , than their worth . So , don't throw in the towel , just yet .
