My friend's husband started out with 24mg but it rarely left his hand, and ended up getting a little sick from it.

I do that. I'll be chain-vaping away at work, go to stand up and I'm all dizzy. I was primarily using 24mg, but all the Wowboy I bought is 18mg and I think I'm better off. I'm pretty happy with Bloog's 16mg, too. I should slowly work my way down, but I still need the TH that higher nic provides.

I have been thinking that I dare not buy a pack when I get a craving for just one because I would smoke the whole thing... Well today I jumped in my truck (It has been sitting for a while due to good weather) and found a half a pack I had forgotten about! I couldn't help my self. I lit one up and took ONE drag... I literally thought I was going to puke! I tossed the full cig and when I got to work the pack went in the dumpster. There is no doubt for me now, I have quit for ever!

Congrats! That's awesome.

Hey zeromisfit, ever since I found out you play guitar, I’ve been meaning to ask if you are familiar with Nick Drake’s music. I’m not sure if it’s your style, but if it is, Nick Drake experimented with open tunings and finger-picking techniques you might find interesting. And who knows, busy fingers and getting absorbed in learning new songs and techniques might help distract you from some of the cravings. Just a thought,,,,

I checked it out, it's interesting to say the least. Now I'm off to my midnight online poker run heh

I think I like his Pink Moon (3rd and last) album the best because most of it is just him playing guitar and singing, no other instruments. You can hear clips of the songs here: Amazon.com: Pink Moon: Nick Drake: MP3 Downloads

My favorite songs from that album are From the Morning and Pink Moon;they may sound familiar to you.

His story is interesting, yet ultimately a sad one. Such a talented guy.

Can't say I've ever heard of him. The clip of From the Morning reminds me of background music for AT&T ads. Remember Falling in Love at a Coffee shop by Landon Pigg? I had never heard that before either, even though it apparently had been around awhile, and ended up buying the song.

the nic level i was vaping was 16, I have some blanks filled with 18, and a few carts that are 24 that i was vaping when i had a bad craving. I've got an anxiety disorder, and the anxiety on top of quitting is a bit much to handle.

I can certainly relate to that. I always struggle with social anxiety. And vape a LOT more when I'm out in public than when I'm at home alone.

the odd thing about me is my anxiety affects me most when at work (I'm a cashier), and when I am completely alone. My mind works at a pace my body can't quite handle. I'd like to think my high IQ has something to do with it, but I'm not entirely sure. I should mention I have recently weened off my medication a bit, cut the dose in half as directed by a doctor. Insomnia ensues, but I don't black out from having a few beers anymore lol. Only time will tell I suppose. as for now 12 analogs in a days time, well over a day because I stay up longer than most, but the test is still on. Until I find a flavorful vape that will make put the analog down. I'm hopeful with the Irish Mintz liquid that I ordered, not to knock bloog's products at all, they are all great as well, I just have a feeling I'm going to find the most random flavor to make me forget about analogs heh.

Was it something I said?
Well if you have been medicated for any sort of mental/emotional issues, I would consider that the maoi's in tobacco are medicating you as well. I think this is definitely me as well although I've never been professionally medicated. I would advise trying some snus in addition to vaping. Check out the forum here:
