Oh, this has been coming for a WHILE. We're moving into the same AREA, just swapping houses. I'd prefer the smaller of the two, so we're swapping houses with our tenant. We're moving into the house he WAS renting, and he's moving into here.
Surgery will happen one way or the other I suppose, but God knows I don't want to have Brian organizing things..I won't be able to find a THING!! 8-o

We have been working on our new kitchen all weekend. My husband was "trying to help" me organize the items in the cabinets today. What sense does it make to put all the spices all the way on the other side of the kitchen away from the stove?? He said that cabinet was better than I had them in..............NOT! I moved them to where they belonged and he quit trying to help.....Good luck with the move!

I know exactly what you mean Domino...............we were working on my daughter's new room. You know the stuff you need, like sheetrock, doors, and what not. I go in there to see if my hubby needs help and he's trying to get the tv working with the Satellite! I mean really?? WTH? MEN!
Hey....what's he doing "thinning" the kitchen.....tell him to get out of your kitchen or you'll be forced to thin the garage (or anywhere else he has football jerseys that are older than dirt" - and broken power tools, etc.)
RW & I reached this deal years ago---and I mean before the first was walking. There are certain places and things in the house that he leaves to me. It makes life easier. This does work out most of the time, but, and I had to laugh MaryKay, he gets on a straightening binge. At this point and time, all sense of male survival must elude him.
The worst case is when he decided that my house tools (multi-screwdriver, pliers, small hammer, etc) should go out to the garage.
I will credit him on keeping the garage organized but still, if the house tools are there they will get used. They will get grimy and greasy which is why they were kept in the house and why I told him they never leave the house!
