Wet eGo c battery... Help?

Hi, so heres what I did today... I put my clothes in the washing machine and my pv was in the pocket of my jeans. It was in there for about 2 mins or so, I pulled it out right away and of course the light will not come on and will not work the atty. it does flash and charge but the switch will not work. Is there anything I can do with this battery? Will it dry out? or is it just cashed? I should also let you know that I do realize this was a stupid thing to do, and I should not have done it. So any actual suggestions will be much appreciated, other than why did you do that or you shouldn't do that. Thank alot.

Glad it dried out for you. If it happens again, you might try placing it in a bag of rice for 24 hrs....works on cell phones!

rice works great! And fyi ur really lucky it came back. For future readers here if you get anything electronic wet never activate it until you have dried it thoroughly or it could short out everything on the circuits

Remember...any wet electronics, let it dry completely before attempting to fire it up. You are lucky not to fry the board this time. Just sharing....
