What are the least expensive safe juices sold in Canada?

Hi! I'm a new member and this is my first post. I'm on a very limited budget, and from all I've heard Canadian Customs can be a real pain, so I pretty much have to buy whatever is for sale here in Canada. I've only been vaping for about 6 weeks - any help on finding safe juices that don't cost a long would be much appreciated.
