Halo is very good, I really like tribecca but they have other great tobaccos and dessert types. As for trying to sync up or compare tobacco to vape in terms of nic, it really is hard to do it that way because they aren't really the same. All we can try to do is get you in the ball park and only time will get you the rest of the way. For your own personal nic level, it's going to depend on the type of tank you have and type of inhale you do.i smoked about the same as you , I have always vaped mtl rebuildable rta's and 24mg was just perfect for me but if your doing sub ohm and direct lung, then a lower nic is probably best. Doing DL inhales is taking in alot of vapor much faster then mtl, so 24mg would choke most people. Mtl inhales are very close to puffing on a cig, so one can handle more nic, but in the end , the nic intake is the same because mtl vapors tend to vape half as much juice the DL inhalers. Then there are different mtl tanks, like drop in coils compared to rebuildables and with DL tanks , there are differences also, like sub tanks and dripping tanks. You really need to try a few different nic strenghts to find what's comfortable, maybe 24, 18, and 12 to start. Some companies like heathers heavenly vapes offers tester juices which are like 4 or 6ml sizes , this way your not loosing much....

Also try not to sweat the nic numbers, just get to a strength that keeps you from smoking. Even if you vape 50mg nic, it still a heck of a lot safer then cigs. The nic in a cig is probably the least harmful thing in there, it's the other 5000 chemicals that are really the issue. As long as your not combusting anything , you will heal and feel 100 percent better in no time

It's important to remember that there are a lot of variables at play. For example, if the person chooses a sub ohm vape they are going to require a much lower nicotine level than a mouth to lung vape. Also, people have different reactions to nicotine. I smoked a little less than a pack a day for nearly ten years, when I decided to try quitting the attendant suggested 9 or 12 mg. nicotine (I chose a sub ohm tank). I found the 9 mg. nicotine to be wayyyy too much and very quickly dropped down to 6 mg. -- and then down to 3 mg. only about 2 weeks into vaping. On the other side of the spectrum, I've met people who sub ohm very high nicotine to keep from smoking. My suggestion would be to have him go somewhere that he can try a few different vapes. Then pick up whatever mg. juice goes with his choice: for example, sub ohm I'd probably suggest 9 mg. - 12 mg. whereas mouth to lung it might be more like 18 mg. Go ahead and get the high concentration juice but also get a bottle of 0 mg. in the same flavor. That way if he's feeling like the nicotine is too high he can dilute to his liking without having to run back and fourth to the store.
In terms of juice, that's an area where I would really suggest you try to get to a brick and mortar store where he can try the stuff. Again, ex smokers have strange tastes. I remember sampling a flavor and saying "wow, this tastes exactly like a Marbolo Menthol Light" -- the guy behind the counter looked at me with wide eyes and said "uhhhh, that's supposed to be wild raspberry..."
However, if that isn't possible, I don't think you'd go wrong with Halo. VaporFi also seems to be quite popular and has a very nice online store.

I SHOULD BE vaping Bounty Hunter & Renegade by Nitelite right now since that's all I vape day in day out for years and really was quite happy with it. But now they are gone - a moment of silence please - .......so I'm vaping some old V2 coffee that I've had hanging around, it's probably expired and I've been mixing it with some RY crap I got from a local store just to get by. This is a poor poor substitute from what I've been accustomed too but I'm making it work - got to make it work.
I have a bunch of bounty hunter left but don't vape it anymore. I just got burned out and would be willing to give it to ya? It is however 24mg nic

I mean I really appreciate this as it would allow me some time to find a replacement...and I know that finding a good solid replacement is gonna consume time and I'm fairly sure a decent amount of money....if you want I can give you some expired V2 coffee LOL.
Yep just PM me.....I just checked and although the born on date is 1/2016, it's still perfectly fine. The color is still very light and it smells awesome. ..I have a full 130 ml bottle and will probably take out a little a give you the rest......

So, I'm having a little Vape Buffet. Pulled out a box of DIY juices that have been sitting around and I'm dripping a bunch of different stuff. Right now I'm on Inawera Pink Panther, and it's tasting pretty good! I might have to put some in a tank and mix with some cream or custard.
Jam Monster Strawberry, holy moly this stuff is delicious. I'll prob gonna get the Blueberry one ASAP.
