I just started using Halo a few weeks ago. I have been stuck on Turkish Tobacco, as I like tobacco flavors, but decided to snag up some other liquids.

I see the Tribeca is terribly popular, and I have read a lot of good reviews about the Voodoo, and the HX3. So I grabbed up some of those.

I like tobacco, and have steered clear of venturing into the other flavors. I also love whiskey/bourbon but I don't see any such flavor on Halo's site. I guess I like strawberry and cherry too. Any suggestions from the Halo crowd for my tastes, and if not, what is your favorite and how would you describe it to me?

I have tried every single flavor Halo offers.

I recommend Southern classic, and more Southern Classic. Some people on here have said it tastes like Yukon Jack. I hate whiskey, but if it tastes like Southern Classic, I want some. I would describe it as a Citrus top note with mild clove and vanilla. It's fantastic.

Tribeca is the most popular flavor. To me it's heavy on the toasted caramel. Pretty good.

If you like menthol, Mystic is the best. Sub Zero is way over the top. Your mouth will feel cold for half an hour.

HX3 along with Midnight Apple is, imo, perfumey. Like the smell of shampoo.

Tiki Juice is another good one, it's spicy sweet with a touch of menthol.

Sorry guys, but Voodoo is disgusting. It's just...unnatural. I haven't tried it in a Triton tank yet, but I really don't want to taint a coil with it.

You'd love Southern Classic.

I add 5 drops of PGA to a Triton tank, to make the bourbon taste a bit more realistic. ;)

It's ok to be wary at first. If you're like most of us, sweet fruity flavors are probably not too appealing right now, but everyone eventually comes around to them.

I sometimes add a few drops of AIV (Alice In Vapeland)'s "White Rabbit" to some of my Halo juices. It's a sweet coconut. A little goes a long way.

I started on Tribeca, but Southern Classic is my favorite right now.

I started with Tribeca, which is excellent, but moved on to VooDoo,(which is the nectar of the gods, imho). Just recently got some Torque 56, and it's the closest to an analog that i've tasted since starting to vape.Mystic is lovely, and the best menthol for me. I've tried, and loved several others as well. Halo makes superb juice. You will probably like most of them that you try. I haven't come by one that I didn't!

Awesome. I see several Southern suggestions, and a torque or 2. My buddy just ordered both, so I will give them a try.

Greenleaf; Yukon is not really a whiskey, rather a sweet citrus drink. It is not terrible, but not all that great either. It is a Canadian drink, and hard to find south of the Mason/Dixon. If you can find it, it is relatively cheap... so give it a try.

I am kind of a whiskey snob. While not a big Scotch, Canadian, or Tennessee fan, I do enjoy a good bourbon (My daily drink is Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, but I am drinking a lot of their limited edition Double Oaked Single Barrel, love me some Pappy as well, but it is so hard to get a hold of), and a good Irish if the urge strikes me ( I suggest Red Breast or Jameson Limited Reserve [of the 18 year ilk]). Depending on the drink I drink it neat or on the rocks, I don't recommend mixing the aforementioned beverages, leave that for the Crown, or Jack, or Jim Beam.

I would recommend both Captain Jack and Longhorn if you are seeking tobacco flavor.

As a former pipe, cigar, and cigarette smoker, Captain Jack reminds me of the old Dunhill 965 blend. Longhorn is sometimes described as having pipe tobacco characteristics, but honestly, it ranks closer to a sweeter cigar with a very musky element. I happen to like both, but Captain Jack seems to work better as an all day vape.

Tribeca and voodoo for evar, actually I had both my tritons this morning in my mouth, 1 with Tribeca and 1 with voodoo.

BOINGGGGGG. my brain sploded

Yes voodoo is unnatural, because it is made by aliens, or a juice magician.
Anything that tastes too much like tobacco disgusts me, I don't like being reminded how analogs tasted

Here are the Halo liquids that I re-ordered after trying them for the first time:

Tribeca
Torque56
Malibu (you won't like this if Coconut makes you puke)
HX3
Southern Classic
Belgian Cocoa
Longhorn

I like all of those but currently HX3 and Torque56 are competing for 1st place.

I really need to try that Captain Jack.

Oh, and as for the coconut... I appreciate the suggestion, but I abhor coconut. IMO it is one of the worst tastes on the planet... I can't say about the vape flavor, but real coconut makes me, literally, want to puke. Same with almonds, Pecans, Cashews, Hazlenut...

i hate coconut too..but what's weird, Malibu is really good. its has a coconut taste, but it's not terribad like real coconut.

Interesting totally true fact i just made up: The "boulder" Sisyphus was required to push up hill was actually a giant Coconut.

As for my favorites, Kringle's Curse, by itself or mixing with Belgian Cocoa to make something like a Peppermint Patty of Awesomeness. The candy, not the lovable cartoon character with ambiguous sexual preferences.

and of course Tribeca as my all-day vape.
