Go start a thread on 18650's. Open warfare in 5 posts or less. This one is good. No its poopy get this one. That one is good but everyone seels clones. Get this one.

Now we have a company many people trust taking the guess work out. Simple. Not everyone likes it but many do.

So we have a trusted built in battery that you can swap out also.

vaping is maturing. The outlaw days are ending. Still gonna have some Tom Horns but us new settlers just want a piece of land and access to water.

The compatibility issue is a well proven one in vape history.

A lot of people quit cigs using Halo, and they would have continued to use Halo, except for the fact that Halo's stuff wasn't going to fit a lot of hardware.

I still have some kr808 type flavour cartridges which I wish I could use, but I'm not going to buy a battery just to use them.
Go to your local B&M, should be able to pick up an adapter for a few bucks.. or get one online, and vape those 808s!

thanks
there's no b&ms in my country.

picked up various adapters over the last couple years from fasttech until i finally figured out the one i'm suppose to get is the one called the 901, which just happens to be the ONLY one i never happened to order, or maybe it was in one of the shipments that never made it.:cry:

Buttons arent backwards.

When holding the Disrupter in your hand, the button that is angled slightly down....is down......and the one thats angled slightly up....is up.

Makes perfect sense to me.

Maybe some of you just arent that coordinated.

I don't get what you are saying. When I look at it the button with an arrow pointing up turns the wattage down and the one with an arrow pointed down is up. How does that make perfect sense?

Well, I love mine. I only have the one battery right now, but it lasts me all day. Eventually, I'll get a couple more in different colors, and then if one runs out I can just pop another one on. It might be a little bigger than a lot of mods, but I don't mind the size. I have big hands for a girl, and it fits my hand perfectly. I pack this thing around with me everywhere. :) I hope it lasts for-freaking-EVER, and if it doesn't, I'll get another one.

I hate devices that require a proprietary anything.

If this proprietary battery "idea" doesn't do well market wise, how difficult will they be to find? Will Innokin stop making them?

"The InnokinCell LiPo Vaping power system has been engineered specifically to power advanced personal vaporizers and is safer, smarter, and lasts longer than current power solutions like the 18650...

The InnokinCell has an integrated smart-PCB which provides advanced safety features including overcharge protection, overheat protection, short circuit protection, auto-shutoff and each and every InnokinCell e cigarette has a unique ID number which can verified online for real authenticity and security."

Lipo batteries, like ICR batteries, are not safe chemistry. They require the PCB protection circuit to be able to be used safely. Should that circuit fail and you get a short to the battery, it can vent flames or explode. (I'm not a fan of LiPo batteries. I still maintain that an IMR battery is safer than LiPo or ICR.)

Otherwise, I generally like Innokin products.

Eh' if it's safer, then that's cool.

Forgive the crude drawing.Hopefully it gets my point across

Why are you holding the mod with the tank upside down? It should always be on top like its pictured above.

So on mine and the ones I have seen reviewed on YouTube the button you labeled up button turns the wattage down and the one you labeled down turns the wattage up. Is yours different?

Evidently it is. Mines just like I drew it.

I know you can change the display from right hand to left hand....maybe yours came from the factory left handed?

Looks cool. But a bit strange how they are making you buy there own battery. I would be scared to drop this, I can see it separating very easily.
Mine does separate whenever I drop it. It hasn't been a big deal, the battery generally does not go all the way off the channel that holds it in place so I just press it back down and continue vaping.

My up and down buttons are the reverse of yours also. The one closest to the fire button is the "down" button, and the one closest to the screen is the "up" button. It didn't make sense to me, either, but I got used to it, and it's no big deal. I thought maybe there was a reason it was that way, so I adapted. ;) And I hold mine right-side-up. :D

The battery only fits an Innoken. Why would I want to buy a battery that only fits one PV?

Reminds me of SmokTech carto tanks & flanged cartos from a couple of years back. They practically gave away the tanks to lock us into buying their cartos.

I guess its kinda like that.

I still use Smoktek flanged cartos...and Im not using them in their locking tanks. I use mine with a Phiniac tank.

I like the flanges because they provide a tight seal and a nice stopping point. I dont have to worry about pushing my tank so far down that the carto pops out either.

Honestly, I like it. I thought i would say the obvious. If I had money to drop on everything I would buy one before many devices. It looks rock solid. and sexy as hell. I just couldn't afford to buy one, I can barely afford a plain 18650 at the moment. It is different and the idea is awesome.

1. It's a LiPo battery. It lasts much longer than an 18650.

2. The battery will work on the new Innokin TC mod as well.

3. People seem to be happy being tethered to janky pre made coils and cartos, so why not a LiPo?

I use mechanicals mostly. But I do have a disrupter on me every day.
It's an easy to use device that has the battery life of a dual 18650 mech.
