Getting a mod that uses a 14500 for 3.7 and 2 CR2's for 6v, my question is:

What Atomizer should I use with the CR2's? The threading is for 510, thinking of an adapter.

The 510's will trip the PCB, any suggestions?

Edit: Would also like to use cartomizers, is this even recommended at 6v?

2nd Edit: Would a HV atty drop the 6 down to 5?

No, dont use cartos at 6v, they get way too hot. I have used them on 5v and they were okay but 6v is pushing it.

You will have to use a HV atty, no other choice.

i use cr2's with Joye 510;s and have used cartomizers with no problems actualy find carts much better at 6v

would say yes

When you use carts at 6v how long do you hit the button? I find that anymore then 2-3 seconds and the carts get unbearably hot.

Useing cr2's not a problem because power drops very fast only last about an hour so probably only 5v after 10 minutes
for me carts useless at 3.7

Hmmm have not tried them with a device that used cr2's mostly r123's or 16430

I really hate to disagree with the learned distinguished gentlemen above, (seriously, you guys taught me so much) but I use a box mod with 2 CR123s with a 901 atty and it lasts me about 7 hours before it wimps out and I have to change batteries.

I use a cart and take what hubby calls "inhales from Hell" (4-5 seconds)
I do get the atty quite hot and popped them on a regular basis for a couple months before I got it down, but the cart doesn't melt or taste bad or anything like that.

I top off the cart about once an hour with 6-9 drops depending on how much I've been using it. Just keep it very very moist and you'll be a happy bunny, too :D ~ P

Edit: No clue about the HV atty. I'm not bothering with them because I don't see the point. I believe they take away from the "HV Experience"

Cr2's are not the same as CR123's it all depends on how you use a battery i get 1hr if i chain vape if you use for ten minutes an hour will last 6hrs :D
