what build to put on my nemesis mech mod??

Hey all!

My first mod was a nemesis clone with a Mutation X V1... Back when I bought it from my friend I didn't know much about building coils so he built it for me and it was just.... Alright.... I have since then, purchased myself a sigelei 150W box mod and have been loving the variable voltage/wattage.

I was digging through my stuff earlier and found my nemesis and decided to blow the dust off of it and give it another shot... What do you guys like building on a mech mod?

Try a 28 gauge single coil, 1 ohm; didn't you get another rda with your sigelei?
I'm thinking you should set your nemesis up complete with an rda as a standby/backup system.

Oh yeah! I have gone a little overboard with buying RDA's... I have a few Mutation X V3's (one is on my 150W another is on my mini box mod and I'm gonna put the other on my nemesis)...

Another question for you, I build my box mods with macro coils (1/8" drill bit) would you recommend a macro or micro coil build?

I guess it depends on what wattage you vape at on your sigelei.
Just to give you a comparison. When I have my mutation x on a regulated mod I use a 0.3 ohm dual-coil at between 48 and 50 watts. When I have it on a mech I use a 0.2 ohm dual-coil. Both made with 24 gauge wire.

On my mech I used to do Dual stovetops 24 ga. around .4 ohms its a great vape definitely.

On my iPV I am currently running a single Clapton Stovetop .5 ohm and its been my fav build.

I'm no expert of coiling, but I tend to make my coils on the big ID side for ease of wicking; most of my coils are 3mm diameter - which is like your 1/8".

What kind of batteries do you have for the Nemesis? If you're going to go low, like .2, then make sure your batteries can handle it.

I like rdas, and my sweet spot is anywhere from .4-.6., usually dual coils, 26 or 28 gauge kanthal wrapped around a 2 mm gauge object.

The only reason I use my mechs is to subohm. No reason to subohm on a VV/VW. I like to build a 0.3-0.4 ohm on my mechs. Gives just the right amount of power and isn't hard on my battery.
