What carto can I use?

I have my mech mod that I am new with and have a question about setups. It has a AW IMR 18650 3.7v 2000mah (7.4WH) battery and I was just wondering what cartos I can use besides for my rda? I recently got a nice size storage container full of all sorts of cartos and tanks and all sorts of rebuildable atomizer parts, but I don't want to even think about trying to fire one up until I know whats safe. I doubt any of it is compatible but I just figured I would ask. I know this is a place to learn I apologize for my newbie ignorance. ( NOTE* I couldnt get my phone camera to focus on the cartos separately and this is the only photo that came up relatively clear :x sorry)

Both my wife and I regularly use DCT tanks with a carto on our mechanical mods. Since they are not sub ohm and the max voltage of a fully charged battery should not exceed 4.2 Volts you should be fine.

So... within reason anything that fits should be fine to use? Correct me if I'm wrong, I truly just got this mech mod and only know that the rda is ok and i know how to rebuild it. Besides from that I am in the dark haha.
