What Casino's in Black Hawk/Central City allow vaping ?

Well I just got back from Central City and Black Hawk and I vaped at the Fortune Valley now named Reserve Casino, Ameristar and the Isle and nobody stopped me. I did get some really dirty nasty looks from other gamblers. I didn't vape heavy I just took a hit once in awhile when I felt nobody was looiking. I got caught a couple times. But overall no one complained.
Well, that's an interesting way to put it. IANAL, but while there is a CO law prohibiting smoking, it doesn't address vaping at all. IIRC, LisaB vapes at a casino in Central City. And AtomPunk vapes at a bar up in Thornton. I suppose I ought to read the actual language of the law, to see whether, by the definitions used, it could be construed as including vaping. But I've explained to a few people that since there is no tobacco, no combustion, and no ash, vaping is in fact not smoking in any way. However, I can understand if a business would want to prohibit it anyway, just because they don't want to deal with complaints. Whether the "it's not smoking" argument would hold up in court ... I'll hazard a guess that that would depend on the mindset of the judge involved.
I'll be at Ameristar this weekend and I don't know if I will even try to vape in the casino since I am a chicken newbie! But my husband smokes, so I will just step outside with him

Mardi Gras is all for vaping. I was asked a lot of questions by several employees who were very interested and excited about it. They used to sell disposables there but there was no interest at the time.
With a meet possibility on June 8th up there we will find out all the more about attitudes up there!
