I have a toxic green light swirl ibtanked, that I have had for about a month now, and the paint is coming off. It will come off if I rub my thumb on it. Is this normal? What causes this?

Hi Tim, that is not normal at all. A strong solvent can remove these paints but short of that they are quite durable. My guess is that it was not properly cured. Send the girls a note through the site support and they will take care of it.

Thank you for your quick reply. I will shoot an email out. I just wasn't sure if it was normal or not.

Happy update. True to their word they took care of me quickly. I already have my replacement tube. The finish definitely feels different from the original.

That is super awesome customer service. I love dealing with ibtanked.

Thanks for the fast response and amazing customer service.

Check them out. They are awesome to work with. They told me to keep the tube that the paint was coming off of.
