Sterile :D

If there sterile would that mean it's unnecessary to boil them? Sorry i'm still new to using cotton as a wicking material and been trying to figure out which cotton ball brands doesn't need to boiled since i'm not patient enough to boil them xD

I gotcha sidekick i might try using it unboiled and boiled and see if there's a big difference. Would these cotton balls be ok to use?

Looks like those also use hydrogen peroxide for bleaching. I don't know that there is enough left over to do any harm, but hydrogen peroxide should not be inhaled. I felt that the hits were harsher and had a slightly off taste when using the unboiled cotton balls. This is why I tried boiling them in the first place.

Hmmm for those who are using the green bag cotton ball from walgreens, uhh the cotton balls are "whitened with hydrogen peroxide". Wouldn't that mean it would be good to boil those cotton balls?

Here's the link to that exact cotton balls.

I tried boiling them and it has this weird off taste. just used it unboiled and right off the bat its much much better. to my knowledge hydrogen peroxide is not toxic once it dries. it just turns into water after sitting for a little while.
