I dint build till i got the rba with the dripbox 160 last year.
I was looking at the istick ipower 80w earlier an saw a pro tank 4 with one of them an i wunt bother building anyway. Id just get the 0.5 kanthal if i had the pro tank 4. Used them before in the sub tank an they are fine. Plus 5 pack for 10$
That 80w istick has a 5000mah battery too. Havent got any internal battery mods with that capacity.
Tempting an although i dont really use kanger people Keep praising the pro tank 4.
Its only ten$ more than just the battery So. Really tempting me as ive always loved istick range an am sick of removable batteries.

I was a pack a day smoker when I started 7 years ago and became a 2 pack a day smoker after 4 years and I bought me a x20 mini 50w and started with an 18mg juice with no success it wasn't until I got a wismec rx200 mod with the tfv8 that I was able to quit with only a 6mg juice. I wanted the big hit and not the kick in the throat from a heavy nic level juice

white cloud cirrus 3 starter kit.. still one of my favourite out of the cig a likes, along with e puffer snaps, which i transitioned to because they provide empty carts.
After that it was a pro tank 2, then 3, then naut, and my first mod was the doomed aspire esp 30 (their quality control has gone way up since then, had 2 that both died on me with minimal use).
I still have the epuffer snaps on me in the car at all times, as they are old reliable and if my tank or coil ever dies whilst out, i have a charged (pcc) epuffer batt and 2 filled carts in the car to fall back on.
My first sub tank was an isub LOL. first gen plastic. Still got it, and it's getting some use again now innokin have a revised coil line up. After that a subtank mini. I credit my quit to white cloud for sure, 100%. In fact I never had a cigarette again after that very first day, other than having a puff of my dad's 6 months after quitting, and putting it immediately out. It was so gross. I have finally managed to get him to quit, with von erl MY kit.. he hated the idea of changing coils and filling, and he hates manual buttons, so this literally was a dream for him. It took three years to get him to see the light (he's smoked for 55 odd).

I have the tfv4 mini, two tfv8 minis, a big baby an brit beast. Smok tanks are my favourites.

@Vesh Quitting after that long is great, i am only 26 so couldnt even imagine. Congrats to you both :)
Thanks.. For me I find even the smell of cigs gross now (and understand what my mother and sister used to always complain about!) - I started at around 15 and quit for my 40th b day, so not quite as bad as dad but 25 years still.. it was easy with cig a likes.. they actually provided satisfaction galore as they were much more guilt free and with all the flavours, tasted great!

Next month it will be 7 years since I quit with a Joye 510 pen style using the crude cartridges that was pretty much all there was back then. I had smoked for almost 40 years and quit about 10 days after getting the 510.

I've gone through carto's and eGo's, evics, numerous tanks, Provaris and a few more. Current favorites are a couple of different tc Joyetech devices.

Jan 5th, I picked up an Innokin T18, then a backup . Haven't looked back. I started on 12mg nicotine, and a month later, I'm on 6mg, have 4 mods, 8 tanks, and have given both Innokins I'd bought originally to friends who wanted to quit too. My wife is using an Innokin T22 right now, hoping to quit cigarettes too.
I'm unsure which is more addictive- cigarettes or the Vaping lifestyle/ hobby/ collecting.. lol

Ego aio, but I wouldn't necessary recommend it. I think more credit should go to the juice and correct nic level rather the device itself. Anything that is not a gas station type of a chepo pen would do the trick in the beginning. The key IMHO is the juice and nic level.

I smoked for all but the first 11 years of my life. Quit with an EGO 650 MAH stick battery and cheap plastic no-name CE-4 style tanks.

I remember when I "upgraded" to the Ego "variable wattage" 900 MAH battery and thought, "Wow, this is such a step up!".

Direct lung wasn't an option with my initial gear. I mouth-to-lunged exactly the same way I smoked.

I only dual used for a couple weeks. For me the transition was easy, because I had a powerful desire to quit smoking for a long time, and just couldn't find anything that was an adequate substitute.

I started on 18 mg eliquid, but found it harsh and soon settled into 12mg. Currently at 3mg and have been for quite awhile. Here is where I'll stay, I think.
