ah i see. what coil do they usually use? either kangertech or aspire ? also replacing this coils depends on how much i vape and how i use them regularly right?
Yup. No need to replace a coil until it tastes burnt/stops working or gets plugged up. If you use gunky juice-- creme and custard and sweet flavors are famous for it-- you can resurrect a plugged up coil for a few more days use by soaking it in alcohol to dissolve the gunk-- don't use rubbing (isopropl) alc, go the liquor store and buy some Everclear-- letting it dry and giving it another go.

i heard that we have to change these tanks? what is it tht we really need to change? the whole tank? or just the coil and cotton?

The part of the tank that needs ongoing replacement is the head (coil with cotton in it). If you break the glass many come with a spare glass or you could get it separately. Some also like to exchange the drip tip to something that suits them personally better but this doesn't have to be changed. Getting a handle on battery safety and an understanding of ohms law is very important so please read the above links that Gandymarsh was so nice to provide. It may seem a lot right now, but before you know it you will get it. I just read through a bunch of posts that were posted as I was typing this and they are far more informative but I am going to post this as well anyhow.

The Nautilus tanks offer believe 1.5 and 1.8ohm coil heads, the Protank2/3/Aerotank can range from 1.5 to 1.8 all 3, and up to 2.5ohm on the Protank 2.

Coil head longevity is affected by how high in wattage you are pushing them (higher the quicker they can burn out), thickness of the liquid (30pg/70vg max thickest to 70pg/30vg thinnest is generally the ball park for them, median about a 50/50 blend) but thicker liquids take longer to wick and the VG carmelizes quicker the more there is, sweetness of the liquid also affects wicks clogging sweeter the quicker the sweeteners carmelize and clog wicking, darkness of the liquid is also another clog hog, darker the liquid the quicker it gunks up wicks, and yes if you are sucking continually on a mod like a pacifier will decrease coil head life
