I was wondering what tools and materials I need to rebild the kanger pro tank admiser and what stores I can get at or would it be cheaper to do it online

Hey, it varies depending on taste for silica wick vs cotton, nichrome vs kanthal and ohm's on coil relating mainly to power available from battery. 3mm silica with 32 gauge (0.20) 5 wraps for around 2.5ohm, or 30 gauge kanthal (0.25) for less ohms with 5 wraps. Could maybe squeeze 6. This set up doesn't use the flavour wicks on top. Easier to clean. Lower diameter wick 2mm-2.5mm can use 1mm wicks on top. Have you cleaned your coils and torched your wicks... Best to keep around 10 in rotation. I shop online cause my options are few.

The 32 ga. kanthal (Temco seems like the best) works best in the PT II's for me. I use a 1/16 drill bit to wrap on and Peaches and Cream cotton yarn(walmart has it) for wick. The yarn is 4 strands twisted together, just use 2 of the strands. Too much and it will choke it off and dry hit like crazy!! Watch some of Riptrippers videos on just how to build. For a really tight coil, go to Hobby Lobby and get an Artistic Wire Coil Gizmo, costs about $7 with their 40% off coupon from their website. Get ready for a MAJOR improvement in flavor and vapor!!

I second the temco wire and 30 guage. I use 1/6 drill bit 8/9 wraps 1.8 ohms and cotton wick. Cotton is cheap and make sure you boil it.
