What do you do with your empty juice bottles?

I save both plastic and glass bottles. Some of the plastic bottles that I don't use for DIY or PIF I've cut the tops off with a pocket knife and used to sprout plants with.
Glass bottles (particularly those with droppers) are saved for DIY juice.
