What do you keep on hand as a backup, emergency supply?
Purchasing vaping supplies in Canada is almost exclusively an online experience. There are a few exceptions but certainly, not many.
As a consequence, I try to keep supply levels on hand to ensure I am never in danger of running out.

My minimum supply levels are as follows:

PV’s.
I have a half dozen Egos (3 Twists and 3 KSD VV), and a Lavatube with tons of batteries. I am looking at some other PV’s but feel that having 7 or more PV’s means that I should never be without a working PV.

Consumables:
At least 6 fresh Stardusts with at least as many replacement heads.
Two or more fresh carto tanks with at least a couple replacement cartos for each.
At least 6 or 8 fresh cartos to be used without a tank.

Juice:
At least 3 x 30ml bottles of my favourite RY4.
Flavourings, PG, VG and nic to mix at least 200ml of additional juice.

Of course, I have a lot more but this is what I consider the core minimum to get me by.
Normally, I never go below the above minimum levels. When I get close, I stock up.

Hmmm ... sounds like you're ready for a zombie apocolypse. :)

I'm still trying to figure out how many consumables I need to keep on hand, so I'll be keeping an eye on this thread to get an idea what more experienced vapers feel is "enough".

Batteries/PVs: Looking at my pile, I'm a bit embarrassed at how many units I have on hand right now. 3x Twists - I keep one at work, just in case, 2x Esco/Vaponator/Rocket (love the shape/feel of this one), 2x 1100 mah Riva (which I rarely use), 1x Evo with one set of batteries and based on a nice run of luck at the casino (Blackjack, baby!) I have a provari and vv gripper on the way with a total of 4x 18650 batteries between them (I think the twists and escos will become "out and about" or work units only once I get the gripper and provari). I think I'm pretty much "deviced" out at this point .... I hope so at least. Though the Reo's look cool ... :)

Consumables - I've been experimenting with different consumables - cartos (meh), atties, DCT, clearo, tanks, bottom coil, etc to figure out what works best for me so I have a crapload of stuff piled up around here. I think I'm going to regularly restock the vivi novas, 306 atties and some modded clearos for quick fixes. How many I want to have in use and as spares is still to be determined.

Juice - I do have at least 120ml (in 30 ml bottles) of my favourite juices in the house ... some steeping, some in rotation. I'm more worried about having enough time to steep certain juices than having enough juice - I will vape no juice before its time (or something like that ... my apologies to Orson Welles). I have quite the stockpile of samples, so if I'm desperate, I can always go back to vaping the ones I decided not to stockpile. :)

The nice thing about canadian distributors/suppliers, and the fact that I live in a major city that gets good postal service, it should never be more than four days (more like two) to get stuff in.

I have the vari volt box mod and 5 Volt batteries with many cartridges as back-up. My main device right now is the LavaTube but it is starting to act up a little which makes me nervous. I have 6 18650's and 2 different chargers. Only one pair of batts for the box mod but plan on getting more. I always have about 3 extra atty's and some carto's. For now I've been keeping ALL used atty's and carto's. I clean them and just keep on a shelf. Never had to use one but they help making me feel more secure. I definitely need to get another device soon. I'd much rather have this questionable LavaTube as back up and not as my main goto.

You guys are making me feel better about my massive stash! I've got five eGo type batteries, three 510-T's and four Bloogs, countless atomizers and at least four or five packages of cartomizers. In terms of juice, I have a variety of flavours in a cupboard and more in a box in the fridge. In terms of emergencies, I always have at least four 30 ml bottles of my favourite juices and carry them with me everywhere. Once the bottles hit the halfway point, I order more.

Just a Reo mini and Reo mini woodvil (backup) for myself, plus 8-10 14500 batteries with 2 chargers (one for backup). The girlfriend also has a Reo mini, a Bloog PCC kit and now an Ego Twist (thanks again bidslayer) with some stardusts that she is enjoying. I also picked up an Ego Twist to drip on atomizers at higher voltages for when I am at home. Got a Vivi Nova tank, but have been enjoying higher voltage atomizers that I haven't bothered to try it yet.

I also have a good stash of LR/SR 510 and 306 atomizers on hand always as well as a good 300mls of juice. Mostly Alien Visions with a few BWB and a couple of Pink Spot juices that I enjoy at higher voltages.

Wow, I'm so low budget/ghetto in comparison. I only own 1 twist (another one ordered), 1 ego and 3 510s. I have 2 bridgeless atomizers, 2 stardusts, a vivi and about 15 cartomizers on hand. I have about 200 ml of juice, but half of which I don't like. :p Donations are welcome. lol

For anyone interested in a Reo, there's still a Reo mini in the classifieds. I'd be tempted if I had the money to spend.

Hm.

I've got two eGo batteries, a Twist, a Lavatube and an Old Goat bottom feeder. Two 18650s and two 14500s. Two chargers for the batts.

Consumables: Two bridgeless atties, 9 cartos, and a few assorted clearomizers.

Juice: I've got about 100ml of vendor juice, and enough ingredients to probably make up about 250-300ml of DIY.

Seems like I gotta stock up a bit on the carto/clearo front. Maybe a couple more batteries too.

a mechanical mod, 4 spare batteries
Using a vivi nova with 2 spare heads, a 306 driper, and a few cartos floating around..
and at least 120ml of juice in the drawer.

I think you guys need therapy....

Therapy is for those who can admit that they have a problem :p
Denial is a very comfortable place to be as well as a very long river.

Hardware: VV Reo Woodvil, Reo Woodvil, Reo mini, Lavatube, eGo twist, 3x 3.7v box mods, big kazoo 5v box mod, DIY VV box mod, Old Goat bottom feeder, 3x eGos with eGo boosters for each. 2x 808 XL manual bats, and 2x 808 autos.

Juice: about 100ml of 12mg DIY juice ready for flavourings which I have about 30 or so different flavourings.

Cartos/attys: ~80 boge cartos, at least a dozen or so attys, stardusts, vivi nova, stone tank, vision cartos in different sizes, kanger cartos, about 30 or do Smok cartos.

I'm sure I'm missing things. The only thing that needs a restock is my nic juice.

After a year I've now got about 8 EGO batteries, not enough atomizers as I'm finding it's hit and miss with them. I've got Biansi and Stardust's and Dual Coil Cartomizers, none of which I like. Feel I need to have at least 200ml of juice in house.

I now also have 4 battery chargers and recently learned when I was gone for 5 days and made sure I had enough of everything I forgot a charger so I now make sure I keep one in the glove box of the car!!!!

Thanks dmatrix......finally someone mentioned chargers......lol and all of you would be lost without them. Like dmatrix i pretty well use my Reo only, have a bunch of Ego stuff in a box, usually only have 60ml of juice on hand as buddy 15 min away always has tons for sale. Just wanted to ask dmatrix which atty do you prefer on the mini ? the 510 or the 306, I've only got the 510 on my Reo Grand, the 306 doesn't need the adapter does it ?

Charging capacity is not something I am lacking...
After decades of involvement in radio control hobbies, I have a lot of different chargers, meters and experience in charging every type of battery chemistry available to the general public.
