Start scouring your local antique shops and 2nd hand stores -- they'll have tons of things that may work... Old medicine chests and things like that... Price is going to depend a lot of location and such, but you may get a better deal by taking a little time and looking around as compared to buying -- even buying on-line...

Looks just like mine .. other than mine is worn .. wood looks nice but if you ever have a leakage from anything, plastic is much more functional ..
