I currently have an iClear 30s on a Vision Spinner with a 2.5ohm coil, usually around 4.0 volts. My roomie has the iClear 30 on the spinner 2. We're both having issues with tank stamina. Mine was great until last week when it started giving me really harsh, dry hits and my roommate's won't hit at all, or it'll randomly leak.

So my question, what's a good, decently priced tank that can withstand chain vaping and heavy use? We're not into rebuilding at the moment, so those are not doable. I like mine to hold a good bit of juice and have dual coils.

Thank you! [emoji2]

When was the last time you two changed the coil heads? Typically they need to be replaced every 10 - 20 days; more frequently if you are an extremely heavy vaper.

IMHO, all clearomizers perform roughly the same. Everyone will have their preference between models and brands, but they all use tiny silica string wicks and tiny heating coils.

I've not personally used one, but I have vaped on friends' Aspire Nautilus and Kanger Aerotanks. Many seem to like these newer models because of their ability to alter the airflow to the coils. I've also read of issues with their coils on this forum, too.

My advice is to advance to the intermediate-level cartotanks if you are not ready to move up to rebuildable atomizers. The cartomizer has a much higher volume of wick material (polyfill) which virtually eliminates the dry/burnt hits, leaking/flooding/juice-in-the-mouth issues common with clearomizers. IMHO, they also provide better flavor.

I can't in good conscience recommend any tank that isn't rebuildable. Throw your money away on any of the junk, because that's what you're gonna get - junk.:2cool:

5mL PBC Tanks and Smok Tech Replacement Bottom Coils

I have 10 Smoke colored tanks for all the flavors I have that I use for my Silver Bullet. I can get a few weeks out of my bottom coils by dropping them into hot tap water and leaving it in there for 10-15 min or so. Then just burn it dry and blow on it and the black becomes white again. Coils don't last forever but it varies on the length of how long I can keep 1 running well. On average it's approx 3-4 weeks. For $1.49 each. That's pretty cheap, costing me about $18.00 (pre shipping and handling).

I have found the same replacement coils on Fasttech $4.73 KW-WD E-Cigarette Atomizer Coil Heads (5-Pack) 5-pack - 2.4-2.5 ohm at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping that I am going to try. Thier 5 packs end up being .85 cents each, and its all free shipping from Fasttech. If you do some research on thier site I bet you can find a better price on the 5ml PBC bottom coil tanks. Madvapes charge $10.49 plus have to pay shipping and handling.
