On a rock floating through space
I've recently been given an SD (thanks blondie1964!) And I'm loving the thing. It vapes fantastic and I get a lot of positive feedback. So I'm looking for the right feed system for it, something that'll look good, vape good and never leak. So tell me what you screw onto yours. Pics are always awesome. Thanks!

I actually have 4 of them now..got 2 about a month ago and just got 2 more..although one of them the switch started sticking a few days ago..I tried a little rubbing alcohol but it didn't work so right now it's on my work bench apart (yes they can be pulled apart although it's not for a beginner to do) and I plan to try saving it.

I Might be able to clean the switch but a couple wires now need to be re-soldered..if I can't save it I might modify it. The SD has the "mic" style suck switch so really to clean it you would have to pull the top off and just clean the switch but the wires/solder is very fragile..so be careful to not get too much liquid in it if you can.

I just wish they would sell just the SD battery for around $12..but even at $20 (cost me $40.11 for 2 of them shipped from ElectronicStix) for the "kit" it's not really expensive to replace.

Here are a couple of the 3.5ml SmokTech tanks I use on it they have slotted 2.5ohm stainless XL CE2's in them but I also use XL CE2 Clearomizers on them :)

sorry for being a noob but what is a SD?

THE SD KEY RING E-CIG BY TROG

On another note the SD Keyring is listed at 300mAh but the battery in the one I pulled apart says 0.4ah I think so that would be 400mAh..I know when I 1st read about these they were listed at 350mAh I think they are just under listing them at 300mAh.

This would explain why they take awhile to charge with the 100mA charger that comes with them..they probably only last as long as a slim XL 510 280-300mAh battery though because they output a higher voltage under load..the 510 slims usually output 3.4-3.5v under load and the SD is listed to output 3.75v.

These LR cartos don't destroy such a small battery? I was thinking my dct would look nice on it, though probably pointless. I can't see it using 1/2 tank before it dies.

The Boge LR is 2.0ohm, a little low for something that small, but nothing drastic like a 1.5ohm Dual-coil on an Ego.

Tanks sometimes leak which will kill a keyring, so you are better off just prefilling a couple of cartos. The little Lipo battery in them has a good C rating, so they do OK with the LR cartos. At my vape pace a charge lasts a little over 3 hours. BTW, the cartos that come with it are 2.5 ohms, and are a pretty good carto (once you get them switched over to a flavor that you like)

I've been using LR for months on em. I haven't noticed diminished power yet.

I don't leave the house with any less than 2 Sd's.
    :)

Yeah they shouldn't diminish for at least 400-1200 charges..most likely they will last a year or more and I would think the switch would fail long before the battery in most cases.

I usually carry a couple Key Rings, a charger/adapter or 2 and a couple eGo's if I'm going to be gone more than an hour :)
