CigEasy is AWESOME to deal with. I've never had a problem in the approx 6-8 months I've been dealing with them. Customer Service is GREAT ! ! !

Cigeasy is great. cheap prices, fast shipping.
So far I got an easy starter kit, a max max started kit, 15 blank cartomizers, 5 pack of mint cartomizers, 5pack of ry4 cartomizers, 3 10ml bottles of Ry4 juice, and a PCC.
Everything works great! Shipping coast to to coast = 3days or less! Frank is the best!

Just got my package today! Lightning fast shipping! Totally didn't expect to see it on my doorstep today (while recovering from my hangover and dreading going outside for a smoke). Very pleased =)

Ry4 = Ruyan #4 = To me it tastes like a sweet pipe tobacco with hints of vanilla and caramel. Its a popular tobacco flavor. Some hate it, some love it.
My husband and I decided to try e-cigs about a week ago after seeing an ad for one of those "free" trials. We didn't get that kind, in fact saw nothing else about that brand, (Smoke Relief?) but it got us interested enough to do some research, which is how we stumbled across e-cig forum! We picked the manual Easy 902 super traveler's pack from CigEasy.com after reading about the many many different ecigs. Cigeasy seemed to have the best price for the KR808D-1 style ecig, and has the fastest shipping for the price that I've ever seen! We placed our order on Tuesday night, and had it on Thursday. From California to Indiana in less than 48 hours for $5 is pretty amazing! They even gave us 2 extra carto's because they were out of the color PCC I wanted. We really like vaping. We've only smoked one 'analogue' cigarette each a day since receiving our ecig. That's really great since our goal is to save money! For some reason, I misunderstood the description and thought everything included in the starter kit would be in the traveler's kit plus a PCC. Without a wall or USB charger we can only charge one battery at a time. (Just for now, more supplies are on the way soon!) Very happy with CigEasy and e-cigarettes in general!
I lefta big long post last night and then realized that I don't know what I'm talking about. I have no idea what it takes to run a business or what works and what doesn't. I have had positive dealings with Frank through the forum. I placed an order on a Monday late and recieved it the same week. Got everything I ordered plus a sample cartomizer. Hubby loves the juice. So far the batteries seem fine. They are definately different than the ones I get from V4L. Time will tell how they perform. I find the difference in the way people describe these batteries confusing and wish there were a little more transparency about who really makes them etc. All the batteries I am used to getting from V4L and Heaven Gifts have 3 little breather holes in the threads. These do not have any holes yet seem to work fine but the carts I have do not thread all the way down. I'm thinking that may be howthey are getting airflow ? I plan on buying from them again depending on how these new/different style batteries hold up. I would love to see a true XL/Mega/380 for sale here!

Man I don't know what I was thinking last night. I replied to this post,which I have since edited and said some stupid stuff! I just spent about 1/2 hour just looking at prices and I was shocked! Man...Frank I'm sorry. You really do have some of the best prices out there. I just found a 10ml bottle of your Chocolate Mint juice in my stash box. I don't even remeber ording it so I looked up the order. I didn't order it. It was a freebie because I had ordered a whole bunch of blanks. A couple of extra cartos is one thing...but a whole bottle of 24mg juice???? That is pretty darn cool!
I'm very much enjoying this auto battery I got yesterday. I really think I'm going to have to try your manual PT....again...the best price out there on these.

Love Cig Easy. Excellent prices, great cartomizers, and supper fast shipping from CA to FL.
I have had very good experiences with cigeasy. Both of my orders have had excellent shipping times. My last one I ordered on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. That is simply amazing. Not only that, but both orders have had extra things thrown in that I didn't even order. I would highly recommend ordering through cigeasy.
CigEasy is Great!!! Frank's great and very prompt and responsive-tremendous customer service and the products are wonderful!!
I've gotten hardware from them twice now.....been two months and everything is still working fine.....oops, no wait.....two of the cartomizers pooped out on me after only six weeks......lol.....
I've recommended Frank to several new vapers...At this point 1/2 of my in-laws have ordered from Frank with nothing bad to say. I personally think Frank does an amazing job, and I'll be continuing to buy all my kr8 stuff from him.
Asked a question late friday night, Frank answered right after, ordered, Frank shipped on Saturday (!) and I got it today (Monday). You can't beat that and the gold label cartos are fantastic. I strongly recommend cigeasy.
