I don't see the attraction of 20 watts.

Unless you are using a dual coil which is nothing more than 10 watts a coil.

I have a kayfun and any more than 10 watts and I don't like it. Tried 12 watts just to see if there was something I was missing that my MVP could not provide and NOPE.

Yes a dna 20 and 30 are nice for dual head attys, but as long as I have a single head kayfun, I am more than happy where I'm at.

And with 2 standards and a Mini in the stable, I don't have to buy a V3 if'n I don't want to.

If ProVape does any thing to compromise build quality and ruggedness in favor of "feature set" I'll be really disappointed. I don't need an OLED screen that burns out if I get caught out in the rain or drop the unit in a puddle.

Hell, I wish they went back to the old adhesive so we could do isopropyl rinses again. Nothing says tough more than telling some one who just dunked their ProVari in the can, to shake it out, pour some 91% Isopropyl in the tube an let it dry....

It's 99% isopropyl. The 99% is very important for cleaning....

From the Provape website:

Troubleshooting Tips

I said 91% since 99% is a bit hard to find in some places.

But you are right....99% is better

Amazon. EZ!

And are you guys telling me that you can't do an iso bath with a v2.5? I'm appalled, and remain quite happy that all of mine are v2.

OK, so I'm not really appalled, but I am happy with the v2 (always have been). It's my preferred design, all things considered.

....

Last night I was able to buy another ZNA (probably sell to a friend) Anyway I bought a Z2 threaded Link RDA..When I get it I will try some lower ohm coils and see how they perform @ higher wattages.. Right now I am using an HH357 atty. I only vape unflavored 100% VG e-juice. And from what I have experienced as I go into the higher wattage settings (15 watts) the flavor intensifies and you can really taste the nicotine with no burning taste at all. The vapor gets denser/warmer but the nicotine dose is to much for me... For me 12 watts is a good balance right now....:vapor:

I've been thinking and thinking about this. What WOULD I like to see on my V3 Provari. After much deliberation, it hit me. It would take seeing just ONE thing on it, to make me a sure "buy".

Katherine Heigl.

Tap, tap, tap... Talk.

Yessir. Precisely the reason I selected her over some potential other options. She and her Provari have become quite well known in the community.

And, not counting the antics here (started by a guilty me), MUCH more tastefully than Jenny McCarthy's Blu stint.

Again, GUILTY as charged. :D

Not big on birds, are ya? ;-)

Did you get that E-LVT too? I've been watching it. I'm interested (probably best done in a different thread, of course).

I got the E-LVT in the mail today, it's certainly nice for what it is. But it's certainly not a Provari. Noticably different vape experience. But it is what it is, which is rock solid, and hopefully reliable. The battery it came with is garbage, waiting on my pair of AW IMR 18650's to better compliment it.

I agree with everyone about not changing the button. However, a slightly better amount of feedback would be appreciated. Not necessarily a click, but some distinction between firing and not firing that my fingers can feel, in addition to the LED and of course... VAPOR.

Zen coat is a huge selling point to me. Those who haven't seen videos about it need to. Zen took a ZNA tube on a lathe, put sandpaper, coarser sandpaper and finally a grinder to it while on the lathe and the zen coat stood up to everything but the grinder, to which it still fared well. Rather impressive durability on that zen coat.

Menu is fine to me. I would say move the power off option to the back, and switch the AO and CB on the menu. I use AO more often. Myself, I do, use the LED on/off option, because when I'm in class, I set the Provari on the desk upright since I use genesis attys, and don't want to annoy myself and others with the blinking LED. Really the only application for it. I also don't believe that different LED color options should have a higher charge personally. There's no way that different colored LED's cost any different.

But hey, profit is profit right?

Top cap options are a good idea as well. Interchangeability between a full 22mm flat cap or the beveled cap would be nice. Me, I only need the 22mm full width, (using a GRmodders ring now) since I only use full size attys.

More color options would be nice for most, but my V3 will likely be black. I have the satin silver, and I would love to pair V3 with the AL1 genesis atty, I believe its called. Stealthy looking black genesis atty

Spring loaded top cap? No. This leaves an additional failure point that the Provari doesn't need. An additional spring is something that can break, and honestly the Provari accommodates most atomizers just fine.

Needs a presentable box. Just to back the name, I want a nice box that I can keep it in 20 years down the road and keep it safe in there, just because it'll still be working. I have reasonable confidence that it will still be alive and kicking.

Engraving would be sickkk as well. Someone mentioned the Provarinati logo etc before and I think that would be nuts!

And we wait, fingers crossed...

Laser beams... Yep. I would like mine to be able to shoot laser beams like in Star Wars or even a light saber function would be pretty cool. If that's not possible I would settle for a laser like James Bond's watch that I could cut my way out of chains and such with.

I'd like lazer beams too. Only thing is I'd be way too tempted to demonstrate the to/on my co workers and HR already does not like me much,,,

After some deliberation, I've decided that there are a few things that could be improved on.

1. A true 22mm tube. The current 22.7mm is not a seamless transition to the 22mm atty size that many people use.

2. A new industry standard of atomizer threading. Perhaps Zen's Z2 threading, with optional 510 beveled and flattop caps.

3. When you go to the menu, it goes to the last used setting. I'll go for days where the only thing I use the menu for is to check my battery charge.
