What does it take to get a response from you guys?

Ive sent multiple emails and tickets at their website with no response for 36 hrs. Could just be busy, I guess. I bought my Vamo from the keele sheppard location (the guy who runs it is great btw) and after 1.5 months of careful use the button will not fire unless i press really hard
Is it possible that I can return it for a replacement this saturday when I pick up my orders at keele and sheppard?

It would be nice to hear somthing from canvape on this.

Yeah if for any reason normal support doesn't yield the results you are looking for pm mopar here, hell he even answers my stupid questions that are barely about vaping.

So you're distracting these busy people from answering real vaping questions? :p

(ps I've always received a response, the few times I've asked - A+ for customer service, IMO)
