What does this mean?

I noticed this little burn mark on the wrapper of my AW IMR 18650 today. Used in my silver bullet.

    Well, there isn't much else to say about the bat is there.

    I guess you could always put it on a charger to see if it will burn the house down.

    If you would like a description of what happened to the bat, it carbon tracked to ground.

    This battery is only three months old. I've barely used it since I got my LiFEPO4's two and half months ago. The burn only appears to be on the sheath and not down to the battery metal itself. I looked inside the silver bullet and there doesn't appear to be anything that could do this. I wonder if maybe the charger itself made this mark or if it is actually the battery.

    Oh well, I guess it's not worth the risk. I have my two other 18650's, two sets of LiFEPO4's and sitting in my mailbox right now are two 4.8v NiMH batts.
