Shan, do you use a 510 or 306 LR atty?

Currently I'm vaping quad eGos with ce2 (rev 3) ceramic XL cartomizers as a test. They seem pretty good. But still do not taste as good as a 901 or 510 system.
I like lower voltage vaping, so my usual vape is an eGo with with 510 atties or GenJoy 510 cartomizers.
Also have kr808 and 901 systems just for fun.

510's. Overall I feel kind of blessed to have stumbled into a setup I haven't been tempted to upgrade significantly in any way, which seems... unusual. LOL

I started with a Smoorecig M6 alongside a cheaper EC508, then upgraded to a 901 which actually made me decide to stick to vaping. Now I have an EM Indulgence which I vape at either a 3.7v LR 901/510 or a 6v with HV510 or a standard 901.
I first tried a friends cheap mall ecig on a bus trip to see the Detroit Tigers play. It sucked for vapor but wasn't bad on taste. That got me started on my quest to find a suitable PV. Being the OCD type, I started my search on the interent and found Blu. I almost pulled the trigger on it when the OCD kicked in and I decided to search for reviews of the Blu. That's when I found this forum and read about what a piece of junk the Blu is. Ditched the Blu idea and started reading everything I could on here for newbies. I believe I read all the entries in the ECF library twice and countless reviews before I decided on the eGo. As soon as my kit arrived, I was hooked! Screw cigarettes, I could now vape just about anywhere I wanted. But then I found myself dreading the filling and refilling of carts, so I switched to cartos and all was better for a while. Then I started hating refilling the cartos and decided it was time for a nice juice fed mod. I bought a Mr. Puffer and a Wetbox off the classifieds and was convinced I had found the light. Wrong! The Puffer got stuck on in my pocket and almost caught my shorts on fire when the atty reached molten lava temperature. Then the switch on the Wetbox took a dump and the box leaked like the Titanic. So my search continued and I started reviewing the wooden juice fed mods. I didn't want anything too big but I also wanted to have something that carried enough juice to last a day and a battery to match. I found exactly what I wanted in the Ali'i. Good looks, 6ml of juice, 18650 battery that lasts for two days at 3.7V or two 18640 batteries for 6V. It's all I need.... for now. Maybe a VV Ali'i in the future. That there be some good old FSUSA RY5 in the bottle in the pictures. Man I love that juice! Thanks David and Pam

Totally agree. If only one of the box-mods came with an ego type cone attachment I might be looking harder at them. (I'm all about that cone, I dig the less-mess/warmer vape & tighter draw.)
I started off with an 808 kit, started using an Elegant (like a 808 Riva), used an 808 wetbox for about a week, moved on to a Little Sister, then a Big Brother. When I'm out, I use the Elegant, and mostly use my Big Brother when I'm home. I ordered a purple 808 Buzz yesterday - can't wait to get it.
That's one thing I love about the Ali'i, no mess at all. The cup on top catches any extra juice and then it is vaped away.
And with the 510 attachment, you can get the adaptor for any atty that suits your taste. I tried a 901 atty, but way too airy for me. Also at 6V you'd be amazed at the warmth and taste of the vapor. Plus I can drip anytime I want for trying different juices without doing anything but taking off the mouthpiece and I still have my bottle of RY5 to go back to when I'm finished. Like right now I'm trying my free sample of American Spirit. Not a bad straight tobacco vape! I like the cone on the eGo as well, but it was an easy trade off to quit carrying around a bunch of stuff just to vape. A full bottle, a fresh battery, and I'm good for all day and longer.

The Michigan Vape Meet is tomorrow and I've ordered a Mini GLV 2 to be delivered there. But that is the only other mod that seemed attractive

L88b (generic Blu/Volcano type) followed by an RN4081 (also unbranded) and finally a Wetbox (to hold me over until my Ali'i comes!) I might give the Precious a try, too.
