I sort of like to start and end with straight menthol or extreme ice. Helps me breath better I feel and kills the morning breath. I actually snore a little less at night but that can also be because i havent had an analog in 8 days =)
I only vape 3 flavors, all from NiteLite Vapor - Bounty Hunter, Gold and Sundance V2. I've tried dozens of other flavors but none hooked me like those.
I also like to mix by vapors up. I may fill my cartomizer with BH, then after an hour or 2 will add some Sundance when I want something sweeter. Need to switch it up again? Add some Gold.
Basically, I have no idea what I'm vaping!!

I'm a relatively new to the vape game, and I have only been juicing for about a month. I like something milder in the morning, and by the afternoon I'm ready for some th. Not really about what flavor it is, I'm with others here where it depends on my mood. I already know I like to mix it up.
Vaping is sometimes uncomfortable for me in the morning. Takes an hour or so for me to really want to. Not like analogs where I wanted one as soon as I got up.

Vermillion River Butterrum in the morning with my coffee and various tobaccos after dinner. Right now I'm stuck on Vaporheads.net Tobacco Europe VT3.
I start harsher tobacco and end with sweeter. Usually transitioning my tank by adding on top of each other, so they kind make a smooth transition.

I start my day with an actual cup of coffee in hand, and vape a light Pear juice. Sometimes I'll get into some Raspberry or other fruit flavours during the mid-morning.
After lunch, I often move into something like a Black Cherry Tobacco or Butter Rum Tobacco.
After dinner and through the evening, I tend to jump around a lot but more robust flavours are fairly common...until just before bed. Then, it's back to lighter flavours.
Given the way taste buds behave, it's a fairly natural progression to ramp up flavour intensity over the course of a day, and a habit I developed during my cigar and pipe smoking days.
After lunch, I often move into something like a Black Cherry Tobacco or Butter Rum Tobacco.
After dinner and through the evening, I tend to jump around a lot but more robust flavours are fairly common...until just before bed. Then, it's back to lighter flavours.
Given the way taste buds behave, it's a fairly natural progression to ramp up flavour intensity over the course of a day, and a habit I developed during my cigar and pipe smoking days.
Always been a shower/brush, then food, then nic usually an hour into my day person, so flavor is not an issue, but the important thing for me is that it's high VG for the first vape. Even a cool PG hurts first thing for me. A sweet coffee flavor is preferred at both ends, however.
I start off with Hype from Alien Visions, sometimes Ill mix it up with Christys Cappucino from Ave as well.

When I go off to work, I up the ante with some Torque 56, HHV Dark Horse, or DIY
Marlboro.
In the evening, it's time to relax to HHV Dragons Fire, Serendipity, Gollum or Pirates
Booty. I also vape Quick Nic Eminence in the evening, as well as Vape Dudes Grand
Prairie and Campfire.
So, mostly sweeter vapes in the morn, and tobacco types in the middle and at the
end of the day.
I have many others that I rotate according to how I feel.
