Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

What flavors go well with beer?

I like to raise a cold glass or three in the afternoons, especially now that it's summertime. (Yes, summer is March through May here in the Philippines!) I'm a newbie and just have the two bottles of juice I got when I bought my Ego kit last Saturday: Ecto Cooler by Vapetime (slightly sweet with a citrus edge to it) and a custom mix done by the local vape shop called Black Ice (tastes like honey.) I don't really like the Black Ice that well, but the Ecto Cooler is rather pleasant for general everyday vaping. However, with the taste of beer in my mouth both of these flavors taste like sweet yuck and I end up lighting up an analog. What's a flavor that goes OK with beer? Does anyone make pizza or barbecue flavor juices? (OK, kind of kidding there, but on the other hand flavors like that or a smokey flavor might go well with various drinks: a smoked almond flavor to vape while sipping scotch, for instance?)

OH geeeze, what kind of beer?

I'd imagine an IPA, with the nice floral bitterness, would go well with something that has some sweetness to it. But, sweetness in either food or beer paired with an acidic counterpart increases the acidity. So avoid pairing sweet and acidic flavors together... So I'd maybe stay away from very acidic beers with any of the very citrus like flavors.

Right now I'm having a Guinness, and I just tried it with my Black Tea juice I added vanilla to. After a sip of Guinness, I can't taste the vape at all. However, the Green Apple tastes fine.

What kind of beers do you like?

San Miguel Pale Pilsen (Philippines ...! Just US$1.75 a liter. Can't really get anything else here except Red Horse high-octane, which I don't like.) It's a generic lager-style beer, but tastier than American-style lagers.

By the way and somewhat off-topic, but if you're a microbrew afficianado keep an eye out for Grant's Apricot Ale, made by Bert Grant's Yakima (Washington) Malting & Brewing Company and only available seasonally in the summertime. Yes, a fairly hoppy craft ale that contains apricots! Sounds nasty but tastes delicious!

Green apple might be good: those are tart rather than sweet like eating apples are. I have a honey-tasting juice (that CustoMixed I mentioned: not made by my vape shop after all, but by a small company here in the Phils- they custom-mix every bottle upon receiving an order, so says their Facebook page anyway) but I don't like it that much, especially not when sipping my lager. Basically I want something that either compliments or at least doesn't intrude upon the flavor of the beer.

Just about anything tastes better than most big name American lagers. Well, aside from beers from other parts of the world that use rice as adjuncts :)

Don't think I've had Grants, but if you like a good apricot ale, Audacious Apricot Ale from Pyramid is sooooo tasty.

Unfortunately my e-juice knowledge is limited since I've only recently given up analog and started to dive into this magnificent world. I'm still at the trial and error stage, myself. But now you've got me thinking about it, what tastes go well with different beers. hmm... Still, I can think of worse predicaments to be in. I suppose when I get my next batch of juice from MBV and Alice, I'll just have to go and get a nice big variety of beers and crack open a few of my own brew to just, you know. Taste.

In the name of science, of course.

As an... avid beer drinker, I find the only thing that cuts it alongside a beer (especially a REAL beer, like a stout, strong IPA, scotch ale etc) is a tobacco flavor, or something else that's somewhat dark and fulfilling with very little noticeable sweetness. Anything else tastes a bit "weak" with a beer.

Now, if you're drinking Bud Light, I can't say I have any suggestions ;-)

My niece the doctor taught me, "The liver is a filthy organ, and must be punished."

Sage advice... See? A doctor suggested this!! Must be so.

I'm a complete tramp for Finish sour ales, IPA's (current fav is Baxter Brewing's "Stowaway IPA") and ales. Stouts I also really like, but I'm not in love with the current trend toward super heavy stouts and all the "aged in bourbon barrels" shtick. If I wanted to taste bourbon, I'd pour myself a glass of bourbon.

Last night I had a gauze lambic while I tried out my shipment from MBV and set them out to steep. Oh man what a great combination.

Cheers to everyone in the thread here :)
I've tried different tastes while drinking my fav pint of beer, and got to the conclusion that everything that is not sweet fits just fine to the beer. There is one flavour Mix Nuts by FA which is absolutely compatible with any kind of beer at least for me.
Good luck and enjoy the summer i am still waiting for it. :)

Hmm, nut-flavored juice with beer. Sounds like a natural combination, as long as the juice isn't trying to imitate those sweet, hazelnut-flavored coffee abominations.

You guys are making me homesick for my microbrew ales and stouts! As I mentioned, about all I can get here are San Miguel Pale Pilsen (a lager), Red Horse (sort of a malt liquor), San Miguel Light (which has the same alcohol content as their regular beer- how do they do that?) and an off-brand, when I can find it, called "Beer na Beer" which is another lager. Still, San Miguel is superior in every way to the mass-produced brews of the USA, IMHO. I miss my IPAs and things, though.

My local vape shop has a Vapetime brand flavor called Underhill, after Bilbo Baggins' home, in stock again this week. It's basically a mild tobacco blend. They owe me the free bottle of juice I was supposed to get with my Ego-T kit, so next time I'm up that way I'll grab a bottle of it and try it out. It sounds about like what I'm looking for. (Their hazelnut tobacco flavor sounds interesting as well, except for the "hint of caramel" they mention. It's supposed to be low sweetness though, so I may try it as well.

That's because mass produced US beer is nasty piss water. It blows my mind that some people ONLY drink Budweiser. Hell, it blows my mind that people drink Budweiser EVER
