Hi people! Hope all are doing great!
I want to start mixing my own juice but i need some clarification first:)
1 What gives you a throat hit? Is it the amount of nicotine or something else?
2 Is it possible to harden/lessen the throat hit?
3 I want to mix it this way: Take PG 36 mg, mix it with 0 nic PG 1/3 and so on... Will throat hit remain as on 36mg or it will be like on 12 mg?
Why i am asking this is because i didn't really feel the difference in TH between liquids of 36mg and 12 mg. The throat hit was the same. Those were premixed liquids tho.
Thanks for your help in advance:)

How much vodka or PGA do you need to add to increase TH?
it doesn't take much, people use it to thin the VG
Oh and is it possible to lessen the TH? I mean if I want to make TH less noticeable in premixed liquid.
Adding VG tends to lessen TH, but it will also dilute the flavor. It also adds vapor :)

Flavor makes big difference too. In the same brand, same PG/VG, same nicotine, the TH can vary greatly. Some flavors naturally add TH like cinnamon, menthol/mint, spices like nutmeg, ginger, rum flavor etc. Then with tobaccos, some are more peppery (and you can also buy a black pepper flavor which is supposed to add some kick). But something like peach or cream is generally a low TH flavor.

If you want to add TH to tobacco ejuice maybe you could try one of those higher TH flavors as part of the blend.

There's also Qhit, an additive from flavourart which purports to increase TH, haven't tried...
Qhit e-Liquid [FA-QHIT] - $3.99 : E Cig Liquid, Electronic Cigarette USA

Here's a thead about perhaps the ultimate TH, using hot pepper concentrates! Ouch. No thank you. For those who love action (and burning), perhaps..

And, of course, The best provider of better thoat hit, better than even nic strength perhaps, is using more power/ lower resistance- which provides warmer vapor. To me, this may be the best way to get the best throat hit without excessive irritation. As the poster above said, flavor matters quite a bit as well. YMMV, naturally.:vapor:
