I take my mod to the shower with me but yeah I am thinking about picking up "The Aegis legend is a stylish dual 18650 box mod designed to be waterproof and shockproof. "
Sometimes, I take mine into the bathroom when I take a shower but leave it on the counter. If I think about it I try not to bring my cell or vape into the restroom because of the condensation. I just do not want it to fall into the sink. As much as I have smoked all my life and now vape, I never actually brought either one into the shower while showering.

This is a dumb question maybe, but I'm not sure of the answer to it and therefore it can't be completely dumb I suppose.

What happens if a mod were to fall into the bathtub filled with water while you were in the bathtub?

Would the device simply stop working and it would die?

Or is there any danger involved, because of the batteries (current/voltage etc.)?

I always used to smoke when taking baths before, and now I usually have my vape next to me when taking baths. It's pretty relaxing to be taking a nice, hot bath while vaping on my fav juices.

I haven't yet dropped any vape into water yet, and the OP is more of a "What if?" question.

If that mod is Aegis you will waste your coil and would have to clean the tank... but mod will be OK....

Perhaps, but I just wanted to make sure that there was nothing dangerous about it, and I'm glad that I now know the answer to that question.

I do know that people have gotten electrocuted and died before, because they were using their cell phones in the bath. Cell phones have lithium ion batteries I believe, as do vapes. But in those cell phone deaths, I believe that they all involved charging, so I will definitely make sure to never charge any of my vape devices in the bathroom, but I will continue to vape away while taking my baths in the future.

I took a long hot bath last night and vaped too! Always do it.
Haven’t dropped it yet.... knock on wood! I do keep it beside my towel and dry my hands before picking it up. I don’t think I would try and make pop tarts while in the bath, but vaping no problem.:)
