The short answer is "no it won't work". The real answer is, it will work but you'll need both the 808-510 and 510-808 adapters to make it work. Screwing both of those adapters on the Handle will give the post enough height to make the connection with the Mega Cartomizer. It's a little hassle but if you like the Mega cartomizers, it's worth it.
