Life: Accept the bad that comes your way. It will make you appreciate the good things more.
vaping: Try as much as you can. It always changes.
Children: I didnt know what I was missing for 15 years of marriage. Would have done it sooner.
Husband: He's a keeper. He puts the toilet seat down!
Animals: Get a purebred, from a breeder who takes their dogs back. It would put dog pounds out of business.
Religion: Does God take sides?
Politics: the least worst.
Travel: Never miss an opportunity to learn about others.
Environment: If we each took care of our own, we wouldnt have problems.
HEalth: We ALL have problems. Sympathize and empathize with others.
Pride: A job well done earns its own.
Knowledge: Only the ignorant cant know what their missing.
Friends: One good friend is worth more than lots of bad ones.

And no iPhones or iPads, no PCs or PVs, no cells phone. I don't know how he got by. He finally was forced to get a cell phone because his phone bill was getting to be too much but he hates it. He won't have anything to do with techno anything. He's been showing a little interest in my PV stuff but only because that's all I talk about anymore. He knows it's better to go along rather than go without. ;-)

THAT is a very important lesson!

That's hilarious. I can't wait to show it to him. He will probably want me to search the internet for him to see if I can find one for him. ha ha ha! No way. He wouldn't be able to text on that thing. That's the part he hates, texting. That's the part I love, because without it he would be calling me all the time.

I'm still learning....Not to trust ecig websites when they don't give much info like ohms for their attys, mah on their batteries, genuine or knockoff, mg per bottle, shipping charges until AFTER you've gone thru the checkout process. If a website doesn't state all of these thing up front then I move on from now on. I can't be bothered to email these website to get the info I need and I shouldn't have to. :glare:

Hear Hear! I agree entirely, in retrospect I wouldn't have gotten my first ecig from where I did, because they are far too good at this (heck they didn't even tell me after checkout, still assume its 510 from the atty threading).

constant state of confusion
Vaping:
back ups for back ups for back ups. You can never have too many mods or too much juice (shut up Ogre) it's okay to slip sometimes but you have to get right back to it. too easy to go back.

Children:
No matter how old they are...they never stop needing you. and grandchildren are worth everything your kids put you through.
Husbands:
haven't done it yet but will soon....hoping for ONE AND DONE..waited 20+ years for this man

Animals:
Can hear a cheese wrapper open from anywhere in the house.

Religion:
I don't have issues with yours, don't have issues with mine. Just because my beliefs may be different from yours, it doesn't make me wrong.

Politics:
Evil

Travel:
we live on a big planet, see as much as you can and enjoy the ways of others...

Enviroment:
when the oceans die, the world dies

Health:
sometimes you can do all the things they say you are supposed to do and it doesn't matter.

Pride
I don't care what other people think. As long as I am happy with me, it doesn't matter if you are. It's not falling that is fail, it's not getting back up. As Winston Churchill said "When you are going through hell, keep on going."

Knowledge:
When you stop learning, you stop living.

Friends:
they make my world a better place and some of the best people in the world are in the vaping community. I got more support from the vaping community of people I had never actually met during my illness than I did from my family and fleshy friends.

Don't take people for granted.
Don't expect anything, then you won't be disappointed.
If you want it done right, do it yourself.
Don't be afraid or too proud to ask for help.
Don't dump on your friends too much because they may disappear.
Helping people in need feels really good.
Try to be as forgiving as a dog. That's a tough one for me but still working on it.
Don't judge people by the way they look or dress.

These are things I've learned as I've gotten older. It's too bad it takes so long to learn these things.

constant state of confusion
“We must be willing to let go of the life we have planned, so as to accept the life that is waiting for us.” – Joseph Campbell

"Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined. Henry David Thoreau"

Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says "I will try again tomorrow"

“There’s no need to miss someone from your past- There’s a reason they didn’t make it to your future” – Unknown

"Sometime the strongest thing you can do is just cry"

These are quotes that pop into my head a lot. I try to live by them.

and probably the most important thing I have learned in the past year is that love happens when you least expect it and aren't looking for it.
